Bad service. The truck we rented wasn't available. We then were “upgraded†to a bigger truck. Which was not covered under our insurance. We were also unaware that we needed to provide proof of insurance when we got there. Very inconvenient for a one day rental that took over an hour to pick up.

I had such a great experience with budget truck rental that I will never rent with U-haul again. Employees were amazing! Truck drove easily- thru traffic and everything- it was a very reliable moving vehicle. Thank you awesome people.

They really do suck. Reservations or not. Never call back, basically just lie to you. To reach out and give me a 1 800 number and place on hold for 15 min wirh no answer is not real attempt to a resolution
