Great chase. Staff is always friendly. Although there’s no drive thru atm available at this location, they do have 3 atms inside entrance way.Another bonus to this location, they have a fruit stand with yummy fruit almost everyday where you can order a fruit cup with melon / cucumber / pineapple with tajin upon request.

Worst Chase branch ever! Their ATM machine was broken and they did not have any signage indicating that. I proceeded to use the ATM because I did not know the ATM touchscreen was broken. When I was unsuccessful with my transaction, I even had difficulty taking out my debit card.Afterwards, I went inside to another ATM to make my deposit and to complain with the teller that their ATM was broken. At this point, the teller tells me that they had been receiving complaints about this ATM all day. Well, if you were receiving complaints that it's not working, why isn't there any signage on it saying "Out of Order"? He said that they already had scheduled a technician to come out to maintain the machine. Again, there should be signage indicating the problem so people don't try to use the machine while it requires maintenance.Ultimately, I lost $100 during this transaction and now I have to call in to submit a claim. Waste of my time and all this could have been avoided is if they had put out a "Out of Order" sign for the ATM with the broken touchscreen.

I made an appointment online with William Montalvo. After waiting for 20 minutes he tells me he doesn't see me on the appointment book eventhough i show him the confirmation page. He then proceeds to go back to his desk and stare at his computer. I was there to open a new investment account. Instead, i closed all my other accounts and took my business elsewhere. I

It took 8 weeks to get business account opened then restricted my account. They would not take my deposit, after putting holds on several other checks. Tough to run a business with Chase.

Horrible services. I waited more than 30mins and not even getting any help. I have to leave to go to the next nearby branch. No one here seems wanting to work or helping the customers.I got to another branch, I got in and out, done in less than 10mins.

Im just giving this 5 star review for Abraham who’s the most patient bank employee I’ve ever met in my life. I had bunch of coins that I didn’t know how to deposit them into my account, and he patiently started explaining and teaching how I can do that, along with the deposit. Thank you Abraham for the great service.

I got robbery right front of Bank, less than 2feet from bank entrance. I know this is not chase bank's fault but those robbery are pros and it means they been doing like this many times at this location. I lost a lot money and mentally and physically hurt and canceling credit cards and debit and etc, was nightmare. Black skin color man was pretend selling chocolates and approach me before I entered bank and after I get out from bank , he took my wallet and runaway. He could punch me and took my purse because many cars are parked so probably blocked views from somebody seeing this criminal activity. And he could hide knife under chocolate box. This is not one man robbery. Some other people involved this criminal activity. ( saw one white skin male whispering to black skin color man when I open bank door to outside). Please 1455 Baker st. branch , hire security guards for The Bank Clients Safety.

If the hours are permanently changed the doors need to be updated, this is a walking lawsuit if you know the right attorney. I experienced fraud on my account. We all know the nightmare that is and it consumed two weeks of life for one little account haha. Well, I went by on a Wednesday, door still says open until 6p, and it was 5:02p when I got there to locked doors,, huh??? A person let someone out and I begged for help due to the fraud on my account. He said, "no, we're closed" didn't make eye contact and closed the door on me. I had no choice but leave work early that Friday to ensure I had time to speak with someone in person. I did not want to return to this location even though it's closest to my house but this was my only option. Thankfully, the manager was there and she was very helpful. The individual who closed the door on my, during a time of desperation, should find a profession outside of customer service. I don't know why I stay with this bank and torture myself, they do not care about people.

I opened up a new business checking account at this location online. I was told that the business description drew flags as I am an online Amazon publisher and that I had to come in and speak to a rep. After going into my local branch to speak with a rep, after providing Chase with all the articles, board minutes, and other various documents to prove I had a legitimate business they opened the account and I proceeded to make an initial deposit. On the app I checked to make sure I could see my new account and that the deposit made it into the account and verified that the account was live. I then waited for my debit card which never came and when I went online to report it lost I discovered that the account disappeared without any explanation. I proceeded to go back to this branch to figure out what happened and was told I the address that I gave for the business was not the right address. I rattled off a few other address thinking how could they mess that up and neither of the other addresses matched the one in their files.At this point I could feel my blood boil and my stomach sink toward my feet coming to the realization that Chase flubbed the address to my business and sent my cards to another address. To add insult to injury they proceeded to tell me the reason why the account was terminated was because...guess? The business description was inadequate, the initial reason why I came into the branch in the first place. But wait, it gets worse. The rep asked if I would like to try and set up the account again to which I replied "Why would I want to do that?

They never answer the phone, business banking staff has poor to mediocre customer service. They will only open a business bank acct if you set an appointment, yet they never answer the phone. Extremely frustrating. I have had much better experiences at other branches.

Any visit to the bank that doesn't involve being robbed, shot, taken hostage, or entertained by a pantomime is a win! 99.97% - 99.98% of all my banking needs are generally taken care of by way of ATM or the mobile app. It may run as high as 99.99% at times even. That's not an indictment on the banking industry, per se, it's due to my overwhelming abhorrence of pantomimes. That being said, the ATM line was THREE people long!! I ain't waiting for THREE people (most likely THREE ATM-incompetent people), so I ambled inside the actual bank. Been several years since I last ambled. Did get a few stares, but it felt good. I'm a damn good ambler! No line inside. Walk straight up to a teller. She gave me $500 (from my account, I'm assuming), and I was on my way. Didn't get robbed, shot, taken hostage, and not an inkling of a pantomime anywhere. Like my man, Charlie Sheen, once said: WINNING!!

It was my first time opening a business checking account for my small business and Christian was incredibly helpful! The process can seem intimidating and/or daunting, specially when you're a team of 1 handling 98256467 other things but Christian's friendly demeaner made the process easy and very enjoyable. Couldn't be happier to have chosen Chase for our small business banking needs, hope they're able to acknowledge their stellar employees.
