I've been here quite a few times!!....more than I should but everytime I'm there Monica has been such great help! She is very knowledgeable, very sweet and attentive always going the extra mile to make my husband and I happy, and she is bilingual which is awesome, we know that if we can't think of the word in english we can say it in spanish and she will understand, thank you so much Monica!

Huge thanks to Janice for helping me find my first pair of red bottoms! My boyfriend had purchased a pair of pumps for me as a birthday gift, but because my feet are slightly uneven, they did not fit well. Time went on and I was negligent about the exchange policy until I remembered and panicked. We rushed to the store on a Sunday afternoon, distressed and underdressed. Fortunately, Janice approached us while we were waiting in line at the register and was very understanding and accommodating.Not only did she accept the exchange, but she also assisted me in finding a better-fitted pair. I thought I wanted slingback sandals, so she suggested a new style that just arrived and brought out several sizes for me to try. However, I realized that they didn't fit the way I wanted and was more interested in the ones she was wearing, so she made another trip to the back. At long last, I came home with a pair I loved.I really appreciated Janice's help and patience in making it a fun, memorable shopping experience!

The best store with the best people! A few weeks ago, I came to the store to buy a pair of shoes for my wife's 30th birthday and wanted to have something special for her. However, as a guy, I did not know much about what to get, so I asked for help. Sofia was the person who was helping me out and giving me all the possible options. She was very engaging and tried to emphasize what my wife would like to have. She knew exactly what to show when I explained all the details of my wife's choice and pulled out the best shoes ever (that means I am not too bad after all, too, lol). Yesterday, my wife opened her present, and she was so surprised and did not think the gift was from me because she thought I would not have chosen such a beautiful pair of shoes. Thanks for having and working with people like Sofia. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

We were lucky there was no line to get in… there were 6 of us, 5 adults and my daughter in a wheelchair…. I was expecting the worst …. Because in these high end stores, we usually get ignored…. But I must say we were treated the best they could….. they seemed understaffed… and there were other clients inside with us…. My sister and niece started trying shoes and staff was friendly to them…. And even thou only not all of us were there to shop we were never told leave so that others may enter…. We were offered water and we got to try all the shoes we wanted and our questions answered….the sales woman, who spoke Spanish, which was a plus for us, was super attentive and helpful, I ended up buying a pair of sneakers… now I do prefer my Gucci sneakers when it comes to comfort (one has to get used to these CL heavy feel) but these baby spikes look so smooth classy, just love them !! The only downside….. VERY LIMITED SELECTION OF MODELS…. It’s a tiny store….

The girl here was so nice . As soon as my foot went into the shoe my entire muscular skeletal structure was changed . These shoes are high . They will make your back arch and you won't be able to walk fast This was joyed by someone else within the mall who called security and had like 4-5 guards surrounding me and looking at me me. Approaching me and bothering me . I hate this mall because these security guards are either threatening to call the cops on me or asking me for me number . Honestly the girl who helped me at the store was so nice . But these guards need to have training on a lot I mean a lot of thing . Why did I spend 800+ for them to badger me and harass me . Get away from me !!!! !!!!!! Ugh !!!!!!!

I love this location! Everyone is always nice, but Joseph is amazing. He's friendly & makes sure you get well taken care of. He helped me order the heels I wanted & texted me as soon as they got there. I went to pick them up & of course he had just gone to lunch LOL. I did go back after to say Hi. I will definitely keep going back to this location! Thank you Joseph, great customer service! :)

Monica is super amazing and sweet! Best salesperson ever. She helped me find my perfect pair of beautiful high heels. But the low stars will have to be the result for the guy at the register. He's really pretentious and acts like he's too good to help anyone or answer any questions lo. Hilarious. I don't know why he thinks he can be like that with customers. I noticed the nice couple in front of me had some issues with his off putting vibe too. He really sort of ruined my first shopping trip with Christian Louboutin. I will come back for Monica if I want a second pair, but as for the cashier. I'll make sure to request for someone else because his whole vibe was really annoying.

I shopped here with my wife last week, she loves the shoes so it was a great stop before heading to grab some lunch! There was a bit of a wait we were just in line waiting for the next available client advisor and when it was finally our turn we were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by Zain! Zain was so pleasant and and extremely helpful, she helped my wife pick the perfect pair of shoes and answered all our questions, exceptional service! She even gave us a great lunch recommendations since we're not always in Orange County we're not too familiar with the area but she made us feel right at home! Thank you Zain!! We will be back to shop with her!

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They were extremely understanding and accommodating when I came in to exchange my purse. I would like to give a special shout-out to Monica. She was able to find the very last purse in the country, in the style that I wanted and worked hard to get it shipped so I could conveniently come pick it up. She really went above and beyond in terms of customer service and kept me in the loop when it came to tracking the delivery. I am extremely impressed by her and her coworkers. I usually don't write reviews on google but for a luxury brand I would expect the customer service to be far superior. I first ordered a pair of shoes on May 24th, I hadn't received the shoes over a week later so I called the store and they FORGOT to send the shoes. I finally received the shoes on June 4th that were visibly pre loved, in a beat up box, and no dust bag. I sent them back on June 5th and explained to Joseph who sold me the shoes that I needed to exchange for an unused pair no later than June 12th, in time for my wedding dress fitting on June 13th. It is June 13th at 5PM and the shoes have yet to arrive. I had to cancel my fitting today. I asked Jospeh if there was anything he could do to make the situation better and he said there was really nothing he could do, and he probably should have overnighted the shoes in the first place. Hopefully I will receive an unused pair of shoes this evening. If you are planning on buying $1,000 shoes I would not recommend purchasing them from the Christian Louboutin Costa Mesa location.

I'm as a customer and a big fan of Louboutins got so disappointed about the service at this particular store. The security, an African-American guy, was so mean and disrespectful not letting me and my husband with disability to go inside the store. As soon as 4 customers left the store already, the security guy kept telling us to wait outside the store in the sun and even my husband could not stand on his postop leg for a long time. But that guy didn't care!!!!! Even after 4 customers left the store! Shame!!!!!! Poor management!!!!! Rude security!!!

The worst shoes. After wearing the shoe for 3 hours I got blisters all over my feet. Even worse, they refused to accept a refund. That's the minimum I would have expected. Would never buy again.
