Pretty good most of the time, pharmacy dept is wonderful!!! Mgmt doesnt like to get their hands dirty and cashiers are lost about cvs care cards thats a point of training severely needed.

The pharmacy workers are very nice, helpful, knowledgeableand genuinely concerned and familiar with each customer which makes us all comfortable and happy to shop at the Costa Mesa CVS.

KARI "the supervisor" today was extremely rude and she's quite the mess. I paid $251.83 today so I don't appreciate her attitude from beginning to end. She opened the glass for eye drops after I rang the assistance bell and I grabbed two boxes of double vial Pataday eye drops (which are not cheap as they are $39.79 a box) and told her I couldn't reach the 3 boxes I needed in the back. The 3 double vial boxes hiding behind the single vial boxes. When I asked for her help in getting them for me she refused and said : "Aren't they all the same thing?" Which was obviously snide. Kari was being lazy and had a bad customer attitude. I said: "No they aren't all the same thing. Look for yourself. Do you think I'm just asking you to reach for boxes in the back just because?" She didnt apologize and got the 3 boxes and didnt acknowledge that she was wrong. Then I had to tell her THREE times that I needed Blink eye drops as well while simultaneously pointing at them. The third time she goes, which ones? So I pointed to the glass and said "These" and pointed right at them so that she couldn't miss it if blind. She snapped back even though I'm a paying customer and said: Saying theeeese doesn't help me. And I told her: Well I said I needed the Blink eye drops the first two times and that didn't help did it? Again she didn't apologize and asked me again which Blink eye drops after she actually opened the glass. I mean, your going to argue back? Get with it! That's the 4th time you asked me!! Then in weird tone she said that sheeee needed to walk all of the boxes herself. I said by all means go ahead. She walked halfway and dropped them. She's an idiot. I complained to Derek the other manager and he claimed that he would talk to her. The cashier w long brown hair at the front was very nice. He was awesome. There is also a funny pharmacist here that I really like that tells a lot of jokes. KARI sucks. I do request a GM call about this. I don't appreciate spending that much money to have a supervisor here argue with me when I did nothing wrong. I'm a customer!

ALEX in the Pharmacy is the reason I am taking the time to leave a review - a 5 star review! She is personable, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, mukti-task oriented, all with a smile. She is the type of Customer Service rep a customer wants and she is the type of representative, a company should appreciate - ESPECIALLY in a Pharmacy, dealing with customers anxious about their health. Keep up the good work, Alex. It is evident you care and YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

As usual, CVS and their "one employee" in the entire store scenario at this location as well. Not to mention absolutely RUDE, disrespectful employees. First off, when you Google MoneyGram this location came up. So I walk in, and there is one employee and a "customer" (another employee). I had a bill that needed to be paid before the cut off time. All I needed to know was if the moneygram kiosk is in fact in their store as stated in Google search. The employee pays no mind to me so I said "excuse me" and he told me to hold on so they could finish their conversation. No eye contact nothing. After the "customer" /employee is done being rung up, they continue to ignore me and have a conversation with no regard to me. Again I say excuse me, can u just tell me if you have a moneygram? BRITTANY, turns around with the most annoyed look and fires a "NO!!" with so much attitude , as if me asking a question and interrupting her convo with the only employee in the store was the most disrespectful thing to happen to her. Now I'm late to pay my bill when they could've easily told me they don't have a moneygram when I first walked in instead of making me wait to answer my question after their "conversation" was over.

Cashier rude. Restrooms have zero supplies and when I notified the cashier, she said the person who closes restocks the restroom, mind you, they were still SIX hours away from closing.

I needed my medication before my trip and of course they don't have a pharmacist available at 12:30PM. I have to restart my medications entire process, because of this incompetency Thanks CVS!

This cvs is always my go too! The guys are awesome dude with the sleeve and glasses always hella positive and awesome! Younger dude always having positive attitude helping others. Very nice people will come more!

A great pharm ... both staff and facility. All staff members are pleasant and eager to help me find something. A downside is that the lowest shelves are essentially not accessible to stiff-jointed and bifocal-visioned elders. But the staff will pitch in and help me get the right product.
