Who ever heard of closing a pharmacy completely for a half an hour in the middle of the day. I realize they need to have lunch breaks but do they need to go together. I drove for half an hour to get down here to pick up my medication that my Doctor erroneously called in to this CVS now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for their lunch break to be over.

This place is a joke and should be shut down. They can't get a prescription correct if their lives depended on it. I highly suggest everyone stay away from this joke of a business.

The pharmacy staff are super nice. It's the rest of the stores employees that are really rude. They look at you and treat you like your trash.

The male cashier was awesome. He walked with me to see if you had pool noodles in stock. He helped me with your coupons to ensure I saved money. He was professional, kind and friendly. I prefer to shop at CVS due to your awesome coupon program and wonderful customer service. Thanks, CVS! Leezette Lopatic

Time to change pharmacies. They Fkn close now for an hour in the afternoon! Dumbest thing. People are on lunch breaks to get their prescriptions and these jerks close. Now the pharmacists are still there but they won’t service customers. Idiots

This pharmacy gets it wrong every time. No sense of urgency. My doctor calls in a prescription and it goes into a black hole. Then they fill prescriptions that have been cancelled and when I go to pick it up I have to let them know it’s the wrong one. You would think that the app and electronic rx records would make this seamless but it doesn’t. Switching pharmacies today.

I've been a loyal customer of CVS for a very long time. I've never had any issues shopping at CVS. I especially love their reward program (coupon deals). I save a lot of money with the coupons. Staff is always nice and greeted at the door. When traveling, I always look for a CVS.

The guy with the arm tats and black slicked back hair is the worst employee I have ever seen. 1:50 pm on sat 11/12. He tried to be rude and intimidating while my son was Present. I hope he gets fired! Moving all my families and friends business to Westcliff.

Yep. Sure know why this location rates bottom of the barrel.Ordered prints online. Received email notification: Prints are ready!Go in. They can't find them. Nowhere. Nada. We wait. And we wait.Staff makes a second batch. We wait.Oh-- and then they find the first batch.We ask: hmmmm. Can we have the second batch as compensation for waiting?Answer: No. We throw them away. (Customer: understand that the pictures of your kids are just trash to us.)Seriously? SO concerned about customer service, aren't they? Those pics mean nothing to them -- but only to us.What a company!Friends: Go somewhere else!

Called 3 times to have my medication transferred to another location. After pressing multiple keys to finally reach someone at the pharmacy, they hung up. Not once, but twice. I called for the 3rd time and Sumai answered with a bad attitude, extremely unprofessional. When i asked for her help to transfer, she said i need to call the other CVS location. Hard to say if she was understaffed or extremely lazy and did not want to help me hopefully neither and she just had a really bad morning. Can't recommend this location, seem a bit unorganized and incompetent in my opinion.

Came in to buy a few supplies in the makeup aisle and the beauty consultant Maria came up to me to make sure I was doing OK and to see if she could assist. She shared with me new products by Laroche, and also taught me how to look up my coupons under the CVS app and the kiosk in the store. Once we were done she even dropped off a little gift bag from the Laroche products. I will 100% be doing all my shopping now at the CVS because of how helpful Maria was.
