The girl at the front desk was great . The service people were nice . Came in at 8:30 to ask for an oil change on my M BMW . Was told at other places it is hard to get filter. They said no problem. Came back and dropped the car at 1:00 . They said it would be ready at 2:30. Then they said 4:30. I show up at 3:30 they are working. on it . Not sure if I'm actually getting the real oil change . $ 166. Not sure it's worth dealing with this small owned business. That's why I wanted them to be good . Next time I'm going to dealership. I know they are gonna do the same BS . I just wish local private own business would do a good jobJust so you know nobody asked to change my review. I was just frustrated. I will be going back to for my car service. Mechanics were good front desk girl was awesome. Once again they didn't ask me to change my review, I just change my mind

Brought my car here for a diagnostic to addressAn issue and I will say I have never ever felt like I have dealt with a more honest person or business in my life. Most places get ya in and then sell ya a boat full of things ya don't need. This place gave me a straight answer and not once did they try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be back here for all my auto needs. Do not skip this place if you need a repair.

Now I know why this place has ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!I had an amazing experience at DNZ Auto Repair with Engin, the owner. He saved me a fortune by being honest about my car's condition. I thought there were major problems, but Engin assured me everything was fine and didn't charge me a penny. His expertise and genuine concern for my vehicle's well-being were truly impressive. I highly recommend DNZ Auto Repair for their exceptional service and honest approach.

Just purchased a vehicle from DNZ and I think this is the best dealership I've ever worked with. It's a small shop wherein the owner is very passionate about cars, knows a lot about the automotive industry, is very honest, and goes out of his way to make the consumer feel good. The whole process seemed very painless, the deal seemed extremely reasonable in price, they went over and above in trying to make me feel informed and important, and I feel good about the purchase. It's a friendly place that I highly recommend.

I found DNZ while searching for a used car. I didn't know DNZ from any other used car dealership, but it turns out that they have a great selection of nice, hand-picked vehicles. Great pride is taken in the vehicle preparation for show and sale. They seem to specialize in BMWs, but had a broad collection of customer vehicles being serviced. I felt valued before, during, and after our deal was struck for a BEAUTIFUL, relatively low-mileage BMW Z4.Not at all like some fly-by-night outfits that just want your money, then hope they never see you again. Ownership stands-by their products and service! I plan on using DNZ for my vehicle's service, as they really know their stuff!

Absolutely unprofessional they do not give out or have signed estimates or consent forms which is illegal total scam. They worked on one of my cars and it was an absolute mess and they had it for several months, crashed the side of the car and tried to give it back to me completely unprofessional didn't try to work with me at all and everything was my fault. I do not recommend the shop at all. Choose another one.

Took my car in to them about a month ago and forgot wrote a review. Got a brake fluid change. Nothing crazy. But their customers service was incredible. The owner was such a cool guy and had no trouble answering my questions, even ones that had nothing to do with the job. I'll be taking all my service needs to them from now on! Truely an honest and good quality mechanic that I would recommend to absolutely anyone. Especially if you have a bmw!
