I came here today to do a fax. I ask for help for it because I'm not very familiar with it. So one of the staff members came to help me with it and the person is a she. She was telling me how to do it, but not a good patient way, but in an annoyed frustration way. So if u gonna help someone who doesn't understand how to use it and come with that attitude, then don't help those people.

The Sliding Paper Trimmer needs to be replaced. The blade is not sharp and it doesn’t line up for straight cuts. It’s in bad shape.

Terrible attention, if you don't know Spanish you will be ignored and they will not try to help you, only one person was friendly, the worst, I hope the bosses or managers will take the necessary measures but time has shown that they do nothing.

Raymond helped me today.He was nice and patience with me while I was figuring out how to email the PDF files to print with my special tear away paper.The print came out great and this branch is closer to me since I usually visit the Edinger and 55 freeway location. Good laser printer, nice and sharp.

I went to ship a package to the East coast. I was given a quote, then told I would pay less if I didn't use the free large FedEx box. The clerk said if I put my large FedEx box inside another larger box, ship it by ground, I would pay less. After I agreed to do that he turned around and said he couldn't ship it by ground to the East coast.In effect I feel like he didn't know what he was talking about and ultimately wasted both of our time.?

Walked in to drop off a pre-printed package, nobody behind the desk, a woman in line, some employees elsewhere in the store doing the Home Depot type ignore the customer thousand yard stare thing.Walked back out after 5 minutes. I'll just drop off at my local place that does FedEx and UPS pickups. My time is more valuable than they think it is, apparently.

I'm holding a 20 pound box and the woman at the desk who is doing nothing tells me I need to scan it myself if I want a receipt. So I had to take it to the scanner which is a different desk, there's nowhere to put the package down, bend my knees and scan it, and then bring the package back to the front desk. Horrible system

I had 2 packages to ship with pre-paid labels. I was in the area, so I stopped and dropped off my packages. Walked in and the FedEx center was larger than I expected. There were a lot of people working this location too, which was surprising because my usual location only has about 2-3 people working at a time. There was no line and I just dropped off my packages, with no questions asked - no complaints about the boxes or labels used. Excellent service - 5 stars!

Patrick has got to be the most helpful FedEx office employee ever! Every time I go here he does his best to help out. It's not surprising that printers and equipment go down and need maintenance (which in my case all 3 public printers weren't working for me), but Patrick really shows his best effort and prints from the machine in the back. One of the managers here is also super chill and helpful. I've been to at least 10 other fedex office in the past and they don't even compare (and most of the time don't care). If every FedEx office had this level of service, the stock price would probably double!

This specific FedEx store is the worst! Every single time I come in here there is nothing but problems. Avoid this location!! Seriously the worst customer service.

I came here to have something printed so I can return a purchase. Patrick was very helpful and polite. He gave me the info of where to email my documents to. I received a reply email with a code for the printer. Then easily entered it into the machine to get my documents. Now I know I can email it first, then drive over to save a few minutes. They gave me 3 different price options to send my package. Nice staff - will come here for future printing and shipping needs. The photos in my review are where to email the attachment to, the printing pricing options, and the step by step screens you will see on the machines.

Incredibly rude & hostile employee running the front counter. I was nothing but polite.Asked for a price difference between morning or afternoon arrival, but she just kept increasingly angrily repeating MORNING Or AFTERNOON until I gave an answer. I still don't know what the cost difference was. Flung my ID across the counter when I gave it to her. That was crazy, I'm absolutely not shipping from here again.
