I had 2 packages to ship with pre-paid labels. I was in the area, so I stopped and dropped off my packages. Walked in and the FedEx center was larger than I expected. There were a lot of people working this location too, which was surprising because my usual location only has about 2-3 people working at a time. There was no line and I just dropped off my packages, with no questions asked - no complaints about the boxes or labels used. Excellent service - 5 stars!

Patrick has got to be the most helpful FedEx office employee ever! Every time I go here he does his best to help out. It's not surprising that printers and equipment go down and need maintenance (which in my case all 3 public printers weren't working for me), but Patrick really shows his best effort and prints from the machine in the back. One of the managers here is also super chill and helpful. I've been to at least 10 other fedex office in the past and they don't even compare (and most of the time don't care). If every FedEx office had this level of service, the stock price would probably double!

This specific FedEx store is the worst! Every single time I come in here there is nothing but problems. Avoid this location!! Seriously the worst customer service.

I came here to have something printed so I can return a purchase. Patrick was very helpful and polite. He gave me the info of where to email my documents to. I received a reply email with a code for the printer. Then easily entered it into the machine to get my documents. Now I know I can email it first, then drive over to save a few minutes. They gave me 3 different price options to send my package. Nice staff - will come here for future printing and shipping needs. The photos in my review are where to email the attachment to, the printing pricing options, and the step by step screens you will see on the machines.

Incredibly rude & hostile employee running the front counter. I was nothing but polite.Asked for a price difference between morning or afternoon arrival, but she just kept increasingly angrily repeating MORNING Or AFTERNOON until I gave an answer. I still don't know what the cost difference was. Flung my ID across the counter when I gave it to her. That was crazy, I'm absolutely not shipping from here again.

Great service from Bernice. She was so professional, kind, FAST and helpful in the printing / laminating department. She really found a solution to my questions and needs. She is terrific. Will ask for her again on my next visit. All came out perfect thanks to her.

Be careful dealing with FedEx. I shipped a 4oz package to Europe. I paid $91. My package was never delivered. After weeks of no delivery, and numerous phone calls to customer service, I asked FedEx to return my package. They charged me an additional $182. The entire process took over two months. It negatively affected my business. No more FedEx for me.

To Sawyer Jones, who said "Do not use the RUSHMYPASSPORT.COM program that is through Fed Ex. Its a total fraud."This is what 99% of the places do, actually, so FedEx's referral to them is not beyond reason, though I think they should have a lower cap on what the extra fees can total.For locals wanting a passport, the best place is at the Huntington Beach City office... They have the lowest fees for taking a regulation photo and for their own filing fee.I researched this at length a few years ago, and the "expedited" passport process does have the highest fees for getting a passport in 30-90 days, where the normal process can take 90 days, but the expedited process is NOT a guarantee, and is usually only faster at renewals when you need them urgently.The USPS passport process is usually the slowest, as they have the most applications to process, where as all reviews (a few years ago) I read said that The City of H.B. was among the faster of the un-expedited process, and often about the same as requesting an expedited application for new passports.If I remember right, the office is on Main in H.B., right off Yorktown from Beach Bl.

I was in a hurry and managed to not bring a credit card, no problem. They had FedEx cards to put cash on it to finish my scan They were helpful in helping me get the scanned docs and emailed efficiently.

Do not use the RUSHMYPASSPORT.COM program that is through Fed Ex. Its a total fraud. They over charge for doing nothing.They charged me $227 for NOTHING. I filled out an application but recieved NOTHING.I figued out after paying the $227, you still have to pay for EVERYTHING ELSE including the following...Additional Fed Ex fees (shipping to / from), fees for copies at fed ex, photo fee at fed ex.Then a fee at USPS to have them certify the application.I had to use a hard copy application because the one printed out from FED EX was not correct. This company did not provide anything to me, I had to pay for a seperate shipping fee at USPS to submit the application.All on top of the actual passport fee to the US State Department, another $208.00.I've been had and it was by FED EX AND THEIR ASSOCIATES AT Rush My Passport.com.Total and complete fraud.

The customer service here is FANTASTIC!! After a stressful day and some hiccups on my end with packaging, Sana was outstanding in her service.
