Cheap furniture. Everything is made with MDF. Once you assemble do not disassemble because the wood they use will definitely break. The food used to be good, now it's horrendous.

#1 - they've lowered the quality of SO MANY ITEMS, it's really bad. I went to get 2 hampers (which I"ve been purchasing for years). When I got home and compared them to my older one (2 years old), I realized it's now MUCH SMALLER and cheaper for the same price I paid 2 years ago. (see photos - left one 1 what I bought 2 years ago - right one is what I bought today. What a joke!).
#2 -- They don't always refund your money when you return a BRAND NEW ITEM. I had to return 1 of the hampers, so went through the return process, swiped my debit card and didn't think much about it. But 8 days later, I have yet to receive a credit for the return. It's never come through to my bank! I kept the receipt and now have to physically go down there to fix this mess that they created.

I tried to buy a firm memory foam mattress but instead I paid for the wrong mattress that costs the same measurements are the same I only messed up with the firmness of it so next day I called costumer service and the lady was very polite and helpful told me to go to the store and just tell them I called earlier to costumer service to fixed my mistake and when I got to the store costumer service said they couldn't do anything about it so the told me to go ask to the delivery guys and they told me to go back C.Service well they didn't help me not even check the code I got from the earlier C. Service so they couldn't do anything so I had to call back to customer service and they refunded me the money and I had to buy the mattress online once again but those guys on the front the so called*"C Service"* doesn't treat me as a customer should be treated

Went there for a few small knick knacks and ate at their restaurant. Chicken was hard and dried. Smokes salmon salad was good.

I was amazed that Ikea restaurant became much better! it is not extremely cheap as earlier but much more tasty. We bought salad, soup,,meat balls, cake and two beverages - and paid $30. But we had a pleasure! Four years ago I made a decision never to eat in IKEA but today I have changed my mind.

I was looking for a new couch to give the children in my basement when all the sudden I had seemed to get lost. I looked around but to my surprise there was no one. Until I saw it! An employee, but this wasn’t any regular person, they had freakishly large limbs, were nine feet tall and had no face! I was so scared I ran. Then the lights turned off and he started chasing me along with others saying, “excuse me, the store is now closed, please exit the building.” I ran for my life when I saw a fort made of furniture with people inside. This ended up where I would take refuge for the next five years. One day I saw in the distance a bright light. I walked towards it to find an exit. Surprisingly no time had passed in the real world and I did find that couch I was looking for. Would not come again.
