I went to purchase a new Vault 2.0 by bluesound from Victor Leyva, not only did he answer ever question I had but also took my call right at the end of his shift to answer more of my questions! All in all I had a great experience and had wonderful customer service. THANK YOU

Customer service and time management could use some work. Felt like going to a used car dealership with the level of poor customer service today.
