Massive selection, organised, staff are responsive and great to return with. Our go-to store whenever we are in the area. Together with Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's next door, there will always be something for everyone.

Do not shop at this Marshall’s! They accept racism at their store! Some lady was harassing me and my friend since the parking lot, at the store she was standing infront of my shopping cart not letting me pass. I told my friend omg what is wrong with her, the lady started yelling at us and told us to go get papers and go back to our country, I then didn’t tell her anything which mind you that comment was uncalled for because I was born here lol anyways I went to tell the manager which his name is MOHAMID about the situation he said since he didn’t hear it that he couldn’t do anything about it he told the lady and us to continue shopping, mind you we told him the witness who heard and he disregarded us since the lady is white and we are Mexican American. Worst service ever , felt very uncomfortable so we left and won’t ever be shopping here!

All of my visits at this store was very unpleasant dont come here the managers and staff are rude especially with returns!! And I can’t even use my own digital card!! So strict and plus I waited in line for about 30 mins just to tell me I have to go to the original store!? Why!? I can return at ANY I repeat ANY MARSHALLS locations!!! Stupid manager lady that works at night I forget her name she is rude and very disrespectful. Next im goi g to call corporate

Because it's the closest one to my house I am forced to choose this Marshalls. I've had multiple problems with them that only being rude but downright pushy. Never helpful, thankful, welcoming or friendly. Literally the worst marshals I've ever been in in my life and I shop at Marshall's all the time.

I just love going to this Marshall's. I always seem to find something that I either need or want or don't need or want but get it anyways! Haha! There's just so much to get here, you can get anything from clothes, beauty supplies, cooking, gifts, baby stuff, electronics, car essentials, bathroom and kitchen essentials, pet stuff, the list goes on. I come here mostly for the holiday clothing, I always find cute holiday outfits that you can't find at the mall and they always have the cutest and most unique Christmas clothes for guys and I always get them for my bf. There are also good options for kitchen essentials and at such an affordable price. I've gotten things for storage and to make everything more neat and organized for my fridge and it really makes a difference. They also have good snacks that you can't find anywhere else at a grocery store. I found dark chocolate gummy bears. They also have so many candles, it's crazy but everything looks so cute and festive. Even their gift section is unbelievable, you're gonna want to get things for yourself for sure. I feel like I come here every other week and seem to find something I just can't live without!!!

Sary B has the worst customer service. She is an older woman, Hispanic, has an accent. A manager told me to return clothing with attached tags to the Laguna Hills store. Then Sary says Marshalls won't accept the return without a receipt FROM ME because I always return clothes without a receipt. I shopped at Marshall's once this year. Her comment is impossible. I bought a few items for our mother who has brain cancer. The caregiver threw away the bag with the receipt. Marshall's won't accept returns without a receipt FROM ME. Then she made a scene and told a different manager I was "escreaming" at her. I think she understands English, but is unable to effectively communicate without being defensive and getting angry. She should not have made this situation personal by saying Marshall's will never accept returns without a receipt from me, when clearly Marshall's does make exceptions. So, I'll call the corporate office in the morning.

I asked my wife to buy me some brief underwear ,she got boxers on accident.I returned them two days later and was told they were no longer in the system? They still had the intact marshals tag on them (unopened and sealed) and yet they refused to allow me to exchange them for briefs. I will no longer buy from marshals ever again. For 12 bucks they lost a customer forever!
