I came in here expecting mediocre service, but Quan and his coworker were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my porting process.He explained the process and terms of service clearly, and even stayed a bit late after hours making sure I was set up.I'm really impressed by the service I received at this store, especially compared to other cell phone stores I've been to.Thanks so much!

the employee Melanie is extremely rude and prejudiced! I witnessed her being rude to a woman who didn't know how to speak the language properly and even took advantage of the woman to charge more expensive apps and services that the woman didn't ask for.

Worst customer service set online they're open till 8:30 I'm at the shop at 7:40 and they're closed

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Initially I came here to finance a phone and when I was asking questions about interests, credit check, etc., one of the employees would answer in an unsure way almost as if she were answering as a question. Already lack of knowledge on the policies was unsettling. However, I decided to place pre- order with them since I needed the phone by Christmas. They told me it would be available in a week. I called a week later and hung up on me. I then inquired about my order andthe phone was being passed around when I would ask different questions. Again lack of knowledge from the staff. When I came to pick up the phone to start the financing, I was attended by this girl for almost an hour trying to get the paperwork done. She had to call in a coworker to come to the store and help her because she didn’t know how to do the transaction. At the time, she was also asking me to put in different amounts as a deposit for the phone… THREE TIMES. I was already getting frustrated at this point because she did not know what she was doing. The last straw was after she finally told me the amount of the down payment, I gave her two credit cards because the first one was getting rejected and then the second one was giving her an error. I knew my cards had sufficient funds but as this point I was done with her incompetence so I decided to buy the phone in full with one of the cards that got declined and unsurprisingly was accepted. The lack of knowledge at this specific location was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Staff failed to provide what I asked for which was financing the phone and instead had to pay it in full which is what I didn’t want to do. This location really needs to revaluate its employees because it failed from beginning to end.
