I was excited to go to Mother's after an event nearby. My Doctor had suggested eating more protein and organic food so I thought this would be the perfect way to grab a late lunch. My plan was to pick up a few deli items and eat them before my zoom call for work. It was pouring rain and so I stayed to take my work call at their open cafe tables since the cafe was closed (it closes at 3). I had purchased food (which was still on my table), was going to clean up after myself, and the place was empty. The staff came over to tell me I had to leave because the cafe was closed. I assured them I would just take this call and then head out but with the rain didn't want to sit outside. They continued to come over and insist that using one of many unoccupied tables was somehow a problem for them. It was stressful as they could tell I was on a call on my computer. I moved to the Starbucks nearby. I understand the cafe was closed but is it necessary to have no where to sit when people purchase deli food? I'm sure there's a good reason they don't have open tables like Whole Foods does, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. I would like to go to Mother's more often but don't feel there is logic to making me leave when it was unnecessary.

No plastic -- not even soda bottles, one of the most prolific items thrown into recycling bins -- meets the threshold to be called "recyclable" according to standards set by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation New Plastic Economy Initiative. Plastic must have a recycling rate of 30% to reach that standard; no plastic has ever been recycled and reused close to that rate. Mother's uses to much plastic! So much for our environment!

I've eaten at this specific Mother's Market and Kitchen many times over. I believe I've posted a review before but can't seem to locate it now. Anyhow, I recently stopped by and ordered the inferno wrap and I absolutely love how the vegan chicken's texture and taste is just like real chicken but without the cruelty and suffering.

Avacado toast was good. Best things about it are the arugula and the eggs. Tomatoes could have been more organic and ripe. Added salmon and it was OK. Would have rather had a deeper red potentially non-farmed salmon, but Omega 3 is what I needed. Chickpea Scramble was really good for only $8. I would definitely order that next time.

This Mother's Market is excellent. It is always well stocked. Food is great. A little pricey if you are on a fixed budget but very good food. Sign up your email, and you will get notified of discounts. Lots of vitamins and supplements. The cashier people aren't always kind, but that is really the only flaw as I see it.

Love Mothers for special occasions only as prices are way too high for my budget. Their deli sandwiches though are always disappointing because of the bread they use - hard and I think freezer burned.

The food is good here. But they are grossly understaffed. On a Sunday morning they only had 1 server. And he was utterly overwhelmed. If you want to eat at their cafe here, be prepared for a frustrating experience. It is not the fault of the staff, but management that puts this lone server is such an unfair position. Shame on Mother's

Very rude in the deli. After I asked if there was a hot food table. They laughed at me. Then beardo turns to his coworker for validation and tells the can't get a Big Mac at Burger King joke. Grow up The checker was very nice so +1

Such a beautiful location but super busy and parking isn't as open. They have long wait times for smoothies and stuff. But great finds.
