Title: Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI recently visited the all new-New Balance store, and while the store's appearance is impressive with a nice selection of merchandise, I cannot overlook the disappointing customer service. Despite the inviting atmosphere, not one employee bothered to greet me or inquire if I needed assistance. This lack of engagement left a negative impression on an otherwise potentially enjoyable shopping experience. I hope the store addresses this issue to enhance customer satisfaction in the future. ?

I was able to find the shoes I needed and the staff were super nice and helpful!! I just wish they had a bigger selection on shoes !

Michelle and Nadia were so kind and helpful. Nadia educated me on the importance of different types of shoe support and was extremely knowledgeable between every model they have. I’m a new balance client for life! The 880 is perfect for my wide flat foot

They are closed and I don't know when they will open back up. Very inconvenient because the other stores are to far away.

I am outside the store & it is closed. Time says open till 7pm it is 5:45pm on Sunday and employees no where to be found.

I am a jogging enthusiast- I have been jogging for over 20 years! In all those years, I have only worn New Balance 990/993 shoes. It is my birthday weekend, and decided to treat myself to a new pair of 990s! I was looking forward to going to NB store and buying my new hoofing shoes! I imagined going back home and immediately going for a jog! I went to store and noticed that the store looked busy- but quickly realized most were the employees.... I counted; there were 5 employees. My friend and I were going back and for about what 990 version to get... that went on for about 10 minutes. in all that time; with all those employees, not one came to assist us. My friend had to go break up the circle around the cash wrap and asked for assistance. One of the sales person turn around; and we asked if we could have a couple of shoes to try on... Unfortunately, they did not have my size which is ok.... I can always ordered them online.... the problem is not having to wait for my New Balance-because i will wait for them... it is the only shoe I have ever used for jogging! and ever will! The problem is the horrible customer service... these are $200 shoes; and I am a life-long New Balance customer... We New Balance-users are particular and unique!!! The staff on this day was flat-out disconnected from rudimentary customer service! One star for the product itself!

Just called them to find out if they provide shoe fitting service. A clerk picked up the phone and even before I finished my question the guy just blurted out "No!" Very very rude. Time to train your staff. Way to lose a potential customer.

Uriel helped my partner and i out today when shopping for a matching pair of sneakers! He was super kind and attentive to us and the sizes that we needed and checked up on us to make sure we were doing okay. He made the experience very comfortable and fun, so thank you a million Uriel!

staff was great & helpful but for such a busy place during the holidays it was a bit upsetting there were only like 6 chairs to use to try on shoes. which is too little seating for a place at a mall like south coast plaza. and the mirrors in store are smaller than a bathroom medicine cabinet like ??? ok let me just not get a full look at the fit with the shoes on

Super friendly staff and very helpful. I have a bad back from recent surgery and he very patiently put multiple pairs of shoes on for me! My foot is super wide with narrow toes, so it seemed to take ages, but a smile the whole time.
