No service. Staff members were all chatting. No help offered. The person who helped me at the checkout was talking to another person for 1-2 mins while I stared at him. Not the first time I received no service.

Very minimal shoe selections. Sometimes they have more rare items but basically only a small wall of shoes.

A member of the staff had the audacity to tell me not to walk in the shoes that I tried on. Most of the time when you try on shoes, they tell you to WALK in them, so you know that they fit good. Maybe he assumed by my skin tone that I didn't have the money,. I guess he figured his $15 an hour job made him better than myself. I'll never give that store my money.

How do you just shut the store down for 4 days with no notice? Entire mall open and the Nike store locked with lights on. No notice on the door and Google says open. Think of your customers! We drove all the way over here to find its the only store shut down. Just because you have a Big Brand name, shouldn't make it okay to keep your customers in the dark. Come on, you can do better!

Wackest Nike store I've been to. They've have the most bizarre schedule. Came here today at 4pm and they are closed because they are "understaffed?" This is the 3rd time I've come to purchase shoes and they are closed during regular business hours. Won't be coming back to this location.

If you call this store and ask for anything that has resell value of even 1 penny over retail you will get the rudest sassiest response from their employees. Didn't know asking if a product was in stock or when it might be in stock was so offensive. Maybe they should work somewhere else.
