Their return policy is really liniant. And they have really good quality brands here. The perfumes area used to have more variety tho. And the location is a little boring lol. Like, there's not much traffic, it's too quiet would say...But the upstairs zone is nicer.They do have plenty of clothing and nice shoes but not enough perfume choices as I mentioned before.

I don't shop here often enough to know but apparently their return policy is a very strict 30 days. I tried to do a return at 37 days and they were like (paraphrasing) "nope. Nothing we can do. Byeeeee!" They didn't even want to give me store credit. At 37 days. These were not final purchase or clearance items. Such an odd hill for Nordstrom rack to die on (lose a customer). SMH. I'm never shopping here again and telling my friends and family about this foolishness. Be warned, internet people.

I love Nordstroms rack but honestly they do not have deals/sales like you would think you check the price& it'll be marked down only 10% -20%just saying a deal to me is Regular price $80 new price is $30 not $80 then $67.99 with tax after that you'll end up paying$73 for it so ...really is that a deal?

Typical Rack with a large selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Shoes have lots different styles but limited brands. Parking available in the structure nearby with stairs, escalators and elevators to the main mall level.

The store is always clean and the security guard is friendly. A decent selection of everything, including makeup products.

The lady at the checkout was great. Other service was not good. I bought two Clinique items. When I got to the checkout both items were marked with the wrong price. Manager said my choices were I had to pay what the computer was ringing them up as or leave them. I always thought a store had to honor the price the item was marked with. The total difference was a total of about $3. I decided to be the better person and not be petty about a small difference. I guess Nordstrom Rack needs the money more than me. It's not about the money, but the service. Not one, but two items were marked incorrectly. After I'd finished my transaction you would think they would go and change the price of the other items on the shelf. No, the manager walked off in the opposite direction. I will definitely not be shopping here again. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I always find good deals here. Large selection of women's clothes and lingerie. I also checked out their selection of shoes. Giving this location one less star due to the slowest checkout line ever. It was around closing time and I was 3 rd in line. There was only 2 registers open. Still took over 20 minutes to check out. If I was the manager here I would put all staff at checkout so customers can leave and you can close the shop early. I left and saw tons of people waiting in line checking out. Yikes.

Although this location has better sections than others in OC, I only feel that the sales at the women shoes are helpful; the rest dept is just so so! We went to the kid section to look for some kids shoes. First, they only had one guy working there comparing many sales at the women shoes and men shoes sections; that's ridiculous! Perhaps kids shoes make the least commission; therefore, they didn't have many staff willing to work there?! No idea! When we first got there, they were not busy, so we grabbed three different shoes and asked the guy to find sizes for us to try on. The guy said he will bring them out, so we were waiting for a while understanding that he was the only staff working there and he might get busy. Anyway, he came with the same pair of shoes with two sizes and told us he was going to bring the rest shortly. After 15-20 mins, the guy didn't come back and finally he came back and asked if we have been helped!? I was confused and said you were the one helping us and informed us that you would bring the rest of the shoes out for us. He was like which shoes (I don't know if he got stoned or what?!) I said one Nike and one hi top black converse...he was like oh we don't have the sizes without even checking!!! We got similar service at the kids section at the Irvine spectrum Nordstrom as well. I guess maybe Nordstrom should close down the kid's department if they don't want to train or assignment more helpful staff to help!

I love this location so much! I recently came here last month and they had so much stuff. I didn't know where to start! You can find anything from hair care products, make up, home decors and clothes. There are also nice designer bags and shoes too! Parking is a little difficult to deal with, but there's also a parking structure too!

Worse store ever! Everything is unorganized. Poor management. Don't waste your time in this store. Did a return for a bigger size , manager won't not let me do it , unless I paid $25 dollars more for same item. Last time I purchase at this unorganized dirty store!
