I would give it a 5 star if they actually provided me a receipt. April was helpful so I reopened my account. However, Kathy at the register did not provide me a receipt. She didn’t even check if my email is correct and says she sent it to me by email. Long story short I didn’t get it. This review is directed to the Old Navy located in MetroPoint, South Coast Plaza. No bad experience with other Old Navy stores in all fairness . I had to call customer service twice to get a resolution which they said they will send me a price list of my transaction but not copy of my receipt. Lesson learned don’t trust the Cashier make sure you get your receipt. Seemed shady they don’t give you a receipt. Also the next day I called the store but they said the manager will call me back but she didn’t. She’s the one who said can’t give me a copy of my receipt once it’s ran it’s done. So warning make sure to ask and check your receipt to make sure you’re not getting a raw deal. Luckily for me I have good memory and remembered every item I purchased and the total charge on my card.

Found out that if an item is on sale online. They have to honor it at the store. Yeah you all probably knew that already, but thanks to a fellow customer, I know now too!Just paid less the $5.00 for a pair of pants!!

I'm glad I checked my receipt and saw that I was charged twice for the same pair of jeans was this an error on the cashiers part don't know but will definitely be returning all this stuff for my money back and shop somewhere else Always check your receipts people.

The store is inviting and the customer service is excellent. My family and I visited the store on July 21st. We were having difficulties finding appropriate size in uniforms and had questions regarding the sales that were going on and questions with member rewards/hot cash. A sales associate by the name of Diana took care of us. She was kind, friendly and super helpful. She did not hesitate to help us and answered all of our questions, I was that annoying customer that had 1,000 questions, but never once did she feel annoyed or made us feel that way. She answered all of our questions and we felt cared for. Diana thank you for the excellent customer support, for being helpful and informative.... wink wink a raise wouldn't be bad!

I LOVE old navy. Always have and now that I am pregnant I have fell I love even more. They have such a variety of clothing and the prices are unbearable. I also use old navy often for ‘blanks’ for my custom apparel at the lowest prices with the best quality. My newborn boy will be dressed in old navy from birth on and I can’t wait!
