Maria, you were amazing. She knew I had a fear of needles but was so patient with me. They were so accommodating to letting me lay down when I get my blood drawn. I tend to feel nauseous or pass out. I hope I get her every single time because they really do care about their patients here

I had my lab work done yesterday at the Baker location. My veins were hard to find but Lien T found special equipment and I didn't feel a thing and she successfully drew the blood. And there was no bruising or swelling that I have experienced before. Office monitor check in worked on the 2nd machine. I love the way you check in before and they remind you before the appointment very effectively

This is the worst place for customer care. DONT GO TO THIS ONE. After checking in they just leave patients sitting in the lobby with no human acknowledgement and then just go home!!!!! One lady waited an hour after checking and the phlebotomist came out and said, "we're going home" I waited 45 minutes while they were in the back talking, and doing paper work. They didn't care that people were coming in and checking in. Totally uncaring ! GO ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL REGRET IT.

The worst service, now I did come as a walk in but they let me sit in the office for over 30 mins after the last patient left and then decided to come out after chit chatting in the back and said “so we won’t be able to take anyone else today” could you have seriously not said something earlier!? I don’t write many posts but I will never come back to this location.

I've only been here a couple of times, but each experience has been pleasant. I do my appointments online, pick the date and time. The minute I've walked, never waited more than five minutes after checking in. The technician was very friendly and was able to draw blood with no problem. I'll be coming back if any more samples are required of me.

In all my years of getting blood taken at various Quest locations, my first time at this one and it was great. I highly recommend booking an appointment although they do take walk-ins. I got there about 10 minutes early and checked in via the kiosk. You have the option to wait in the waiting room or go into the lobby and be texted when they're ready for you. In the 10 minutes I waited, I saw 3 people who had appointments get seen and leave super quickly. My appointment was at 11:10am, at 11:11am I was called back. The woman taking my blood was really nice, she kept asking if I was doing okay, ect. Everyone I saw while coming and going was super friendly and welcoming. I'll always come here when I need blood work! Edit: I got my blood done on a Tuesday morning and I got my results mid Wednesday! I'm not sure if I was just extremely lucky but in the past with other Quests I've had to wait well over a week so that's a definite plus!!

worst quest I have ever been too.. been here 3 times and tried a 4th.. can't do thier jobs.. denied service (profiling)...rude and maby just plain stupid employees..don't waste your time like I did and go somewhere else.. other quest are good.. this one is not.. fail !!!

Had a great experience at this Quest Diagnostics lab location and can't speak highly enough about two employees there, Valerie and Lien. Valerie was extremely pleasant, very helpful and caring, and recommended I come back the next day after fasting (my order didn't indicate to fast, but she spotted one of the tests that was preferred to be done after fasting). So, the next morning I returned when they opened, and Lien assisted me and was also the phlebotomists who drew the blood. Lien was awesome and made me feel so comfortable before and during the lab draw, plus there was great conversation throughout and even discovered so many things we had in common! And, she did a fantastic job with the blood draw ...so important! I was only in town a short time visiting a friend before heading back to my home in another state, so I was thankful to have such a great (and painless) experience at Quest Diagnostics! Just like any lab or medical/doctor visit, suggest making an appointment and whenever possible select first appointment when offices open. It's been my standard practice for years and works well for me. Quest is located inside the Hoag Health Center medical building on the 1st floor (to the left, straight back). Plenty of parking in the large lot in front. Thank you, Valerie and Lien! Good health and all the best.

Walked in on a Monday morning and waited 10 minutes! I'm a very hard draw and Danielle was amazing and got it once! Fastest draw I've had. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed some testing done and of course I scheduled online like I always do. They have a really good system where you can check in through the tablet when you walk inside or actually through the text message which is what I did. Checking in was so easy and they called me within 5 minutes. The employee was so nice. She had a hard time finding my vein but she was so nice and gentle about it which I appreciate.

Horrible. The older Asian lady that works here here doesn't really pay attention. One time she somehow lost my insurance card (which was found later) and this time, she somehow didn't charge the insurance company correctly and I got billed for the whole thing. Not even sure how that even happened since I had to use their kiosk to take a picture of the card. Maybe it happened when she was "busy" texting while I was in the chair waiting for her to start the venipuncture . I had to contact Quest to clear it up. What a hassle. The other people working there seemed fine or else I would've used the lowest rating. Make sure to request somebody else to handle your paperwork and cards.

Great experience! Ive had to come here several times within the last couple of weeks. The staff is great, very helpful and fast. I walked in every time and had no wait.
