They were super helpful and kind! I was not sure my insurance would cover anything and they were nice enough to give me an estimate for both costs. I made an appointment for 8 and was helped within 20 minutes. My veins are very small so I usually get poked multiple times, but the nurse looked at both of my arms and got it on the first try. They were thorough with explaining my take home testing. I can not get over how kind everyone was this morning, it made a scary situation for me feel somewhat pleasant.

Don't bother with location. My appointment confirmed via the site however wasn't in their system. Been waiting 2 hours for a fasting draw with no end in site. I've waited so long have to wait it out... I'M HUNGRY. Would recommend calling them to confirm or another location altogether. Staff is friendly but their system is broken.

Came in as a walk in to get some blood work on my kids got here at 3pm and was told rudely by the receptionist that the wait time for walk-ins was 2 hours! Do they even look at their clock because they closing time is at 4:30pm and that's more like 1hr and a half unless they plan on closing a 5pm but from the looks of it she sure made it seem like she does not want to take anymore patients or does not want to be here. Elderly people are walking are walking in as I type and she's is literally just having them walk away and they try to walk in to ask her some questions and she is just plain rude this lady sure needs some proper customer service training and needs to learn how to speak to people the proper way to the patients

First of all, I’m confused, did I go to the wrong place? Why was I recommended by a Hoag Rep to go to this location citing it’s the quickest location?I took my toddler to get blood work done and not only did the lab technician mess up accidentally moving the needle requiring my child to be poked twice, was bruised twice with tears asking mommy why I said only one poke while my child was held down. Then trying to get the results required and account & identify verification with no clear answer when it will be available or when or if it has been sent to the doctor. Again maybe I went to the wrong place but I am certain I walked into a Hoag building expecting to find a lab and my results available in MyChart in a reasonable matter of time. Please someone else find the right place!

This busy location opens at 7:30 and there was only one phlebotomist and one front office person working. Also, the front office person discussed private testing (stool sample) with a patient in front of a lobby full of patients. Not good! I was here before 7am and was the second person in line. The office opens at 7:30 but because appointments start coming in at 7:45 I kept getting pushed further back. I have no issue with the patients that have appointments but this labs location needs to plan better. One, non appointment, individual complained and was taken back. I went to the front desk and asked where I was in the line and the front desk told me I had 4 more ahead of me. This was because now 8am appointmens started to come in. I was there before 7am and didn't leave until 8:20am. I've tried to make appointments at this location in the past but the wait list is usually a month out or more. I just checked for an appointment time before 8am and it's was mid November until I could find an open slot. It is obvious that 7:30am is going to be busy so why not have more staff start at 7:30am vs 8am?? I have no issue with the hard working staff, with the exception of the one individual discussing lab tests with a patient in front of other patients. But, I do take issue with the supervisor who manages the scheduling of staff for this location.

I have come here twice and each time the ladies in the front have been kind, considerate, patient, and caring. You really see why they chose to work in the health care industry, as they do a good job in doing the best at taking care of you even when you see they are busy as hell. They have great hospitality and this definitely has to be the best service for all the quest i've been to so far. Also I may have been lucky but I got in and out fast with no appointment.

Used their 800 phone number to corporate office.Long Hold time by phone, after 15 minutes on Hold, I hung up.Took a few days also to get a reply ny Email.

The ladies working here are excellent. They encouraged me through cancer twice! It gets really busy, and they never lose their professional demeanor. Make an appointment. Highly recommend!

The worst customer service ! They stop attending even before the time to close. They don't make any effort to make an appointment or to accommodate patient schedule. The old lady at the front desk is rude and have no manners. The Hispanic nurse ISN'T professional at all. Time to re-staff this place. I've been seeing dr. Williams for ages. He's a great doctor! But Quest lab in the facility is terrible !

I booked abloodwork apt at 8:15am. I waited 30 minutes before they let me know "they don't have me in the system or on the schedule". The woman next to me says - that has happened here to me too. I had a very specific date (day 21 for a hormone panel) and a very specific time frame, only 7am-9am. Instead of trusting me, along with knowing this must happen all the time - she sent me home. Where I did in fact find my emailed confirmation of my apt, and it was in fact an error on their end. I will now have to wait an entire 5 more weeks to be able to do this again & get in to see my doctor. When it comes to health issues - front desk staff should practice more discernment, the place feels like a factory of robots.

This location closes their doors before their posted closing time. Nothing is more frustrating than making a trip to a business to find out that they decided to go home early. I can understand if it was a holiday, but a normal business day should not have this happening
