I just want to say that I’m not one to really leave a bad review, considering the most of what I buy are higher quality items, I just feel that I want to write this so other people don’t get the service that I did. I went to Saint Laurent in Costa Mesa on 08/03/23 and asked if my 11970 sunglasses minor scratches can be remedied or if there’s a liquid or a special condition to take care of. Anything of that would be acceptable to me what made me mad is that none of that was offered but what was offered is to go to an optometrist and ask them to switch the frame like I have not been a customer of Saint Laurent like I have not paid an extra to be a customer of Saint Laurent but to be a regular asking for a regular frame to replace a saint Laurent frame and lenses. That was the highest of all insults and I don’t ever think that I will be at Saint Laurent Customer anymore not for sunglasses not for the fragrance and specially not for their bags with this kind of service from their employee.

Jorge was the sweetest! I was indecisive on the bag I wanted, and he patiently helped me navigate through my choices. He was quick to help me and was very welcoming. It was a great experience, and them offering champagne and a box of chocolates with my purchase made it luxurious. Also, I love the bag. He pulled out a few from the back to let me examine which one will be my purchase. I highly recommend purchasing your Saint Laurent item with him.

Excellent customer service. I returned a bag I received as a gift and wasn't sure what to buy when the manager brought lit from the back room an entirely different bag that wasn't displayed but was my style!! She knew my style based on the two previous bags and nailed it!!! So many compliments on my new bag. Thank you

The sales associate Jesus was very kind and personable! He messaged me with a detailed map after I called to ask where the store was located, he offered me and my partner a glass of champagne, searched for multiple shoes for me to try on, and was all around very personable. I hope to be back very soon and hopefully when I am there he will assist me again!

Its a trap! If you are gifting this to someone else, buyer be aware: even an unused bad bought only hours before is completely un returnable. If the recipient simple does not like YSL then you are stuck with a bad purchase. You also put your girlfriend or wife in a very awkward position. If bought from a department store or online the bad is returnable. My recommendation is shop here but don’t purchase here. You can purchase from a department store like Nordstroms or Sax In BH the same bag and then the recipient can exchange it for a designer they prefer. I am uncertain of a brand like YSL who feels they need to trap their customers. Probably not uncommon but certainly a poor customer experience if you had anticipated doing something nice for a loved one who does not share your enthusiasm for YSL

Customer service at this location is impeccable. I came in with my husband and toddler and the staff was so accommodating to both of us and our daughter. Joshua was our sales guy and he helped me pick out the best pumps for work. Oh and plus, they offer you sparkling water, champagne and macarons while you shop. Definitely recommend this location, as they elevate it to more of a luxury "experience" while you are in the store.

Only location I've been to, and each time I come in, Xarah is always offering great service. I'm not new to the luxury world and out of all the brands, I think I've received the best customer service when shopping from YSL (which I think says a lot since I'm not a newb and have been collecting for quite some time now). I never feel rushed here and products are never pushed onto me. Xarah is so patient and always offering me drinks, which is always a special treat since I will get napkins/sugar packets with SAINT LAURENT stamped onto them. It truly adds that special touch to your shopping experience! This last time, I was interested in getting something white and Xarah pulled out all the white bags for me lol. She even was quick to pick up on my style and pulled out the small white ones w gold hardware, which is totally my vibe :)) Im also picky when it comes to my purchases and she made sure to get me brand new, untouched ones. When there was none available in store, she offered to look online and have them shipped to me (complimentary!). Came home and saw the baguette brought home had a tiny flaw and Xarah responded in literally a second and already ordered a new one for me for me to exchange with. Cant recommend Xarah enough! Thank you!!!! If you are looking for designer that is edgy cool/sleek, yet classic with reasonable price points and good construction/materials, you can't go wrong w YSL. Ask for Xarah, but honestly, everyone there seemed super nice and helpful!!

Amazing customer service! We came in and Carmen took care of us - she made us feel comfortable and was so helpful with getting different sizes of clothes to try on and bringing out different bags to look at. She offered us something to drink while we were shopping around and was honestly just so respectful and nice. Highly recommend coming here and having her as a SA!

Xarah was extremely helpful in my first experience at this store. She took her time assisting me to find what I was looking for online, and she's so nice and patient. A couple days later, I decided to exchange my bag to another one within the return policy. I kept the first one in very good condition and never wear it out since I change my mind. However, Xarah wasn't at the store when I arrived so Syreata helped me to process the whole exchange. As an assistant manager, she seems nice but the funny thing is, she gave me a damaged box without ribbon wrapping around it. It makes me feel I don't deserve the original box that comes with it cause I'm exchanging. One side of the box was heavily piled off. To be honest, getting a damaged box is a very small thing. However, it just feels very funny and stingy that a big luxuary store would try to take advantage on you for the very tiny little thing.

I had a great experience at Saint Laurent. I came here to purchase my boyfriend a new wallet and a baby sac de jour. I left a very happy girl with my new bag and wallet! I worked with Matthew who is a phenomenal sales advisor, he was kind, caring, and communicative. I messaged him many times to make sure the items I wanted were in stock and when I arrived he had them all ready. He provided us with refreshments and excellent service! This was one of my best experiences in a luxury store and I owe it all to Matthew!

I was gifted with a YSL clutch for my birthday and I exchanged for a bigger bag with strap. I ended up not liking the gold strap, because it was too flashy for my taste. When I went to exchange the second bag I was treated terribly by the store employee and manager Kimberly (name on the receipt) The bag wasn’t used and had all the tags attached, but I didn’t have the dust bag and it was past 30 days. I think the last person didn’t give me the dust bag, because I only tried the bag on once and put it back in the box. They ended up exchanging the bag, because it clearly wasn’t used and I told them to keep the dust bag. I won’t be shopping that this location again and will purchase from other retailers. If I was the store director I would be disappointed in my employees. The bald guy that helped me and the manager made me feel like a criminal even when I wanted to purchase a more expensive bag.
