I came into Sephora wanting to find a lip treatment for my lips and I was welcomed by Kristina and she told me about the PERK treatment and I was super interested because I never did a deep treatment for my face and lips! Roger that the one who treated me and he was just amazing! He went into detail on exactly what the treatment will entail all the way down to detail of each product he was using for me and why he was using it. I've been struggling with my skin for years and Roger made it so easy to understand the process of a good skincare routine. Plus this treatment was so enjoyable! Learned so much! Thank you Roger!!!

This review is for Narry who is just amazing at what she does!! I started getting my eyebrows and makeup done with her since last year and she consistently went above and beyond each time! Not only is she an excellent makeup artist and just awesome at what she does but she's also very professional and such a beautiful human. I get tons of compliments each time I get my makeup done with her and I'm so lucky I found her!

Ashi the manager here is an absolute gem. I had a minor setback which she resolved with so much grace and kindness. I will definitely be back to continue to support this Sephora location due to her excellent customer service!

I’be been here before, and the customer service has always been good, until I went earlier in January. The employees were very rude to my friends, and very pushy. They wanted us out of the store because we were laughing a little, and this by far the worst experience in the history of Sephoras.

Yes- this store is always busy but I have to say they almost always have what you are looking to buy. Very large selection due to the size of the store I suppose. The staff are always helpful and seem to be patient for such a busy location. The lines are long but go very quickly. Sometimes the testers are messy but I wish the customers were a bit more respectful of trying to keep those things clean instead of making a mess for the employee to deal with which can't be easy all the time. I think there needs to be more tissues and makeup remover in places so you don't have to hunt it down so much. Overall, great store and convenient location.

I was looking for a makeup artist to do a makeup look for engagement photos and saw all the great reviews for Rogelio on Yelp. The reviews did not disappoint and he did an amazing job! The look was perfect and he recommended some great products to me. Definitely going to be my go-to for future events and photos!

I don't wear much make-up at all.... Was looking for something particular, a worker asked if I needed help. Heck yes I do!!! Lol. She helped me for a few mins and walked off!! . So I went to the register, talked to Jackie and asked for her opinion. She is so kind and helpful. She helped me with different shades and recommendations. I hope she gets recognized by mgmt with this review.

The BEST advice I can give you: Get your makeup done by Rogelio (Roger)! You will be beyond glad that you did!!!!Being new to California, I had no idea where to go to get my makeup done for an event I had to go to last weekend. (I don't know how to do my own makeup so that wasn't an option, haha!) I decided to book a 90 min Ultimate Glam appointment at Sephora and hope for the best. I truly had NO clue what I was going to get. To put it in perspective, I left enough time between my appointment and the event to be able to wash off all the makeup and go barefaced if it ended up being a disaster. Instead, it was the best makeup appointment I've ever had! ... So to say that Roger exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I was STUNNED by how I great I looked at the end of the appointment. Roger is engaging, knowledgable, and unbelievably talented at what he does. He was quick to offer tips and tricks, explain the benefits of the products he was using, and make sure that he got my input throughout the process.I felt so confident showing up to my event and it is all thanks to Roger! I can't wait to have another excuse to get my makeup done by him again! Thank you, Roger!

I came in on Sunday to do a 60 minute face makeover with Rogelio (Roger). He did an amazing job and makes you feel like you're having a friend do your make up. He's very energetic, up beat, and explains the entire process. I dont wear makeup often so I asked for a softer, more natural look. I can't recommend him enough and will definitely be coming back to have my make up done for weddings or special events. Thank you again Roger for making this mama feel beautiful

Horrible store. I only come here because they have more in stock products then the one at bear st. Have you seen the testers? They're always sticky, broken or empty. Also be aware when they try to convince you to buy a product. I was looking at this hair air brush and the girl kept pushing to buy it. Said "don't worry you have 60 days to return it and get a refund"She even said how easy it is to return items that don't work for you. So I was like hey let's give it a tryWell... I try to returned the item because left my hair so frizzy mind you I had a receipt and it was the 31st day and they gave me such a hard time. Only store credit what a joke

Love the location near the entrance to the mall. Quick in and out to get exactly what I need without having to deal with the mall! Large store with probably more than most stores in Colorado, although I didn't need anything else.
