Nobody can help you, don't have the supplies marked online as "in-stock" at the store.Edit after response: The response is a pretty good indicator of their service. I checked if it was available at the store online then went there because I needed it. Product was not available in store, even though online it said it was there for pickup.I was at the store, the clerks all pointed me in a direction that I had to go to three different ones before they just said they don't sell it, which i proved they do by showing them the item online, to which they responded "this store doesn't have that".No case to resolve, there's 100s of shops in the area that does the service, and UPS helped without any issues. Your store is bad, and you should feel bad.

LAZY AND BRAINDEAD. The printing department has to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I walked in to print something in the self service section and the color wasn't correct. So I asked the person behind the desk to print my 10 pages. He said I would have to wait 1 hour (they closed in 1 hour and 15 min) and there wasn't a soul in the store. None of the printers were printing anything so I asked why I had to wait an hour. They said its store policy. I asked for the manager and same story. I asked if they had any orders in the cue ahead of me and they didn't answer. It was evident there were no orders because again, NONE of the printers were going. I will never in my life go back to Staples. I can't get past the braindead, laziness and lack of kindness that these two people showed. I don't what type of "policy" you have-this was disgrace.

I highly recommend this store for printing services. I called at 8:30 in the morning to try and get a banner made for my nephew who was coming home from his first chemo treatment. The banner was made and picked up within 2 hours. The girl who helped me was compassionate and sweet as can be. It is service like this that reminds me customer service is not dead

I was in the staples store on 17th St in CM last night 2/2 and I had extraordinary service by 2 young ladies and there names were Daphne and Jennifer and they were in the printing Dept!They were very assertive to my needs as I came in rather late in the evening!!So YES I will be using Staples again!!Thank you

The counter staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Bethany was a great help and willing to walk me through the process of printing a file off my cellphone.

My friend was mailing my Christmas cards for me because I've been recovering from my cancer. She took a picture of the envelopes showing me that they were going to be in the mail. The store manager was standing behind her and was looking at her phone as she was taking the picture. She had no intentions of getting a staff member in the picture. The manager very rudely yelled at her in front of several customers saying not to take pictures of his staff. This incident could've been handled much more professionally if he would've just asked her. He was very abusive and loud and actually threw her out of the store. Which really makes me laugh because she is the kindest sweetest person and would do anything for anyone. For him to act like that during Christmas. Shame on you Staples!!!

Visited today for some help with a very oddball printing project. Amy and Jazmine were so patient and accommodating, and even though they couldn’t directly help me get my project printed (due to copyright constraints) they offered me some excellent solutions that will allow me to get the job done on my own. They went out of their way to help me without even making a sale, which really shows their dedication to customer service.I bought some other stuff I needed to support their business. These guys are great, 100% would recommend.

I came in to inquire about getting memorial cards to be printed for a deceased family member. That was my first mistake. Don't waste your time with these people. I had to return three times before the job was done correctly (so I thought). When we were ready to distribute the cards, I realized that half of the cards had a big yellow smudge across the face of the deceased! You would think after 3 times they would have at least double checked their work. This was not a rush job, and I used the graphics programs and pdf format they requested! Inexcusable.

STAY AWAY FROM STAPLES PRINTING SERVICES AS IF THEY WERE THE PLAGUE! Yesterday, I had a 25 page legal size document printed from a thumb drive, and the charge was over $25. I asked the clerk before she started and she didn't have any idea of the cost until she logged in "the computer" at the end... Trusting it would be reasonable, I proceeded. At the end it was a total rip-off!Today while mailing the document at the UPS Store I learned their charge would've been 20 cents per page, $5!I went back to the Staples Store in San Juan Capistrano and complained to the manager. Scott, with a rather condescending manner and arrogance, didn't care and wouldn't do anything, not even pretend to apologize for such an obvious scam. I concluded by letting him know I will never patronize their printing services again and will tell the world about it. He just replied, "You gotta do what you gotta do!"With that culture, no wonder Staples is hurting. Great job in contributing to sink your company Scott! I am sure you didn't save that attitude just for me.

Hannah and David were great, but were belittled and criticized in front of customers by the managers. It was sad to see, I go in here from time to time and Half the machines malfunction and then the cashier is treated like it's their fault.

Best copy place ever. I want to thank Sonya and her team. They did a great job on our signs and menus and had it done early. I can’t wait for our next project. The management shoud giver her a raise, the self entitled person in front of me was so full of their Botox they forgot humanity, Sonya never lost her smile while I wanted to punch the guy in the back of the neck. Look at the bad reviews here and you will see the self entitled Botox, orange sprayed people are the poser posters.

Poor customer service. Don't bring cash if the machine does not work they won't take it. I came in with good money and you can clearly see it It's real just because the machine does not work they can't take it. Are they low on brain power not to understand what's real or fake?
