Generally good, however, recently an extremely annoying pickup in car experience. When ordered online was told there were none at Harbor Blvd. but could be picked up E 17th location. In due course received notice it was ready. I responded on my way, arrival, parking space. I could not reach anyone in store by phone. No one came, finally received message they were busy and wait would be longer. Finally, after some 45 minutes I was able to get a phone call through and someone came but without merchandise. She was very pleasant and was eventually (after several tries by phone) able to determine my order was now available at Harbor Blvd.!! I drove there and picked order up. What should have taken some 30 min. took 2+ hours. It was cold; I am old and handicapped. I rely on delivery to car for shopping at Target.

went in to buy some toothpaste and detergent. walked by the ulta section and thought... hey i've got massive eye bags maybe they have something to help with that. ulta staff was nice but didn't try to educate me on product even though i had no idea what to get or what i needed or anything. blank slate. felt more like she was trying to get me out of there. made me feel insecure to be in that section and will most likely not go back there if i need any other beauty products which i probably will because its all falling apart up there!

It’s a Target. Typical shopping experience. They’ll probably have what you’re looking for, but u mte try the app to search for an item over a larger area. Customer service may be eh but do yourself a favor, put your headphones on and order a drink for pick up at the in-store Starbucks then turn up your favorite playlist or podcast and enter ‘your experience’ here.

Terrible experience today! 3030 harbor Target in Costa Mesa was the store I’ve been going for years! NOT ANYMORE! Spent $500 at the self checkout and got approached by a security (Noe) to get my receipt checked! Rude, unprofessional and terrible customer service. Already escalated to the Target corporate office regarding the incident. The security kid needs to be written up and trained how to approach clients.

Target is a wonderful experience in retail, would recommend to anyone. I love how the store looks, how the employees are helpful, how you can almost find anything you need.

Target is one of those stores that your kind of forced to shop at because they are everywhere. I'd prefer to shop at Walmart because the prices are much lower but I don't live near one. It's a decent store. I'd give it 4 stars but their restroom was disgustingly filthy. I felt sorry for the person tasked with cleaning that up!

Thank goodness for a full-sized Target! They've got it allllll here. Groceries, clothes, household items, cleaning supplies, video games, pillows/ blankets, hats and gloves. I bet you could find anything here lol Annnnnnnnd.... Drum roll please.....There is a Starbucks and ULTA inside. Yes please!!!!!The ULTA is limited. They have some stuff, not all. I needed some MAC Cosmetics and to grab some Kat Von D items as well. They had what I needed! Except for one item. So, I will have to hit Sephora or ULTA for that last item. But pretty cool! I felt happy to find coffee and makeup inside this Target! lol This is the ultimate white-girl friendly hangout! Let's go to Target, buy some clothes and things, then grab coffee at Starbucks! Oh and buy some makeup at ULTA. Hello, it's like my 3 favorite places all in one. lol

Lines are long at Self Check out, light on at 17, no one there. Number 4 light on, but busy line. 1 through 17 and not enough checkouts lights on. So I guess the management has checked out too. Ha. Anyways only one light on number 4. I see workers, but not sure what's going on in the checkout! I sadly just left at 2:34 pm on a Friday and it wasn't even crowded,

If I could leave zero stars I would This comment goes to an employee Caucasian lady that works at the man section she didn't want to provide me her name since she knew she would get in trouble. I was at the store yesterday and she tripped on my foot she then looked at me rolled her eyes and was very rude. I said I'm sorry scuse me and she said yeah I tripped on you this lady had a really bad attitude I asked her for her name she said she wouldn't give it to me then I said I would let her supervisor know about it and she came close to my face and said "go ahead what are they gonna do about it NOTHiNG" almost spitting on my face the I told her get back to work she came back and called security on me, when security arrived I explained and they apologized for her behavior! Honestly I would never spect for target to have employees like this I did nothing to this lady and it almost seemed like she wanted to hit me she was very violent and aggressive! I called corporate this morning hoping this lady is fired from this store. This is unacceptable.

I like to shop here because it’s convenient and most of the products I’m looking for are usually available. The staff members are courteous & helpful. The manager, Danny was very helpful too and I would like to show my appreciation to Danny and his team. Thanks,

I went to Target to pick up my Drive up order. I forgot to order two things. The app would not let me get out of pick up when I stated I was on my way and could not add to my order. I asked the guy working drive up on 1/3/23 at 6pm at night if I order right now do I really have two hours, he said yes the system is centralized. He definitely did not go the extra mile or do me any favors so that I didn’t have to double back. I tested positive for COVID19 and did not want to go into the store part of drive up being created was for that purpose. I am extremely dismayed by Targets lack of Customer Service and not up holding higher standards. I tried calling into the store to speak to a store manager and no one department picks up their phones, the only department that did is the CVS Pharmacy inside of target that is not apart of the store. CVS has higher standards and delivers better customer service. To my dismay CVS gave me the main store number and was told that, that is the only number Target Costa Mesa has allowed them to give out. Wow! There should be an option for a line available to talk with store management if a customer is trying to get a hold of one. Not to mention there should be another way for a customer to bypass waiting for another two hours because they forgot to order two items; especially if they’re sick with an illness because they don’t feel comfortable entering a store when they are knowingly sick and are further preventing the spread of infection. I have a face mask and N95, regardless, I should have that option. If it’s a system error Target Corporate is responsible and needs to fix it. Either way Target does not understand the definition of what going the extra mile/customer service excellence are and should probably educate themselves, management and staff on what that means and is for the customer service experience, since neither are put into practice here. If I wanted Walmart standards, I would have shopped at Walmart. It’s that simple.

Well organized. Starbucks at the front. Christmas stuffs everywhere. Not so crowded. Had a Starbucks coffee where you can sit down.
