Lines took over 40 minutes to clear even though there were 3 employees working Lost money because although their website says they have movers they actually don't and the companies that are on their website don't show or respond til last minute but take your money .. only thing I was happy was the fact that I could reschedule and cancel Uhaul at any time searched for movers on google and got a cheaper rating plus they packed and delivered my items in less than 3 hours

No job knowledge, H O R R I B L E customer service, incompetent idiots running this location. Do us alllllll a favor and fire the entire crew and start fresh After a 30 minute hold and talking to "timothy" I nevvvver got a confirmation email and nowwwww cant even find my pretty order conf online...so alllll that bs and now my order doesn't even exist...tsk Idiots... so another hour wasting on hold. Just close it down...have them take pizza orders..hopefully they won't screw that up cuz 15 bux an hour is toooo much for these idiots.

Supremely unhelpful. Wouldn’t let me drop off a rental truck. The staff barely looked up from their computer as they told me to go somewhere else.

Closed when the hours say it's open. Not an actual Uhaul location more like storage place with sometimes 2 uhaul trucks

I rented a van from this location almost 2 weeks ago. When I made the reservation it was for 2pm. I arrived at about 10 minutes till 2 and when I got there it was closed. There was a sign on the door stating they would return at 2:10 pm. After waiting around in the hot sun for 40 minutes someone finally shows up at 2:30. I ended up being late and having to pay other fees to my storage company for not removing my items out on time. On top of it, when I returned the van some items had fallen out of my purse and on to the floorboard. I thought I had picked all of them up but I missed some things. Majority of it was makeup items and makeup brushes which are valued at over $100 . I have called this location every day since I dropped off the van and not one person answers the phone. I even called the "emergency phone number" that was left on the window and belongs to some kid that works there. I informed him of what happened and he told me he would have someone call me but no one ever did. I finally had to reach out to corporate and they don't answer their phones either. My last resort was Facebook where I've had nothing but trouble and lengthy messages back and forth. At the end of it oh they have informed me that they were unable to locate my items. Well no kidding... I don't doubt that at all considering it's been two weeks since I dropped off the van! Now they are trying to offer me a $25 gift card to go towards future equipment rentals. Are you people crazy!? I'm never doing business with you ever again! Have you answered your phone the first time I had called or if someone had returned my call the first time I called I'm certain you would have found my items right there in the van. Due to your negligence and horrible customer service I am demanding a full refund!

Uhaul is by far one of the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with. out of all the times I have done business with you there's only been one decent experience. Your customer service is horrible and you guys never answer your phones.

I've been using this U-Haul place since it opened they have great service trucks are always clean I highly recommend them
