I came into Union Bank today to open my first account here. I received excellent service from Ana. She was wonderful and completed the process quickly and in detail. I'm coming from a different big name bank and I'm excited to start banking here. Everyone was kind and so friendly to me. Highly recommend banking here!

Not sure what is going on at this bank! I was in there this afternoon and a young girl was I believe depositing her check with the teller Charlie Estrada and she asked him to make her funds available and he was rude and said no when she asked why they always do he replied with cause I said no!!! Not sure if he was having a bad day but he was very rude and the girl was so nice and up beat I sure hope he gets talked to. Just a FYI don't treat customers rudely be kind it's your job.

I have been with them over 30 years and have had great service. This bank did not take any money from the gov in 2008. And were giving loans at the time thst matters

It's unfortunate That costumer service is out the window so there's new laws And that's fine but there is a way to be professional and respectful with People who you provide service to and it you deal with on a daily basis the manager here is rude and very arrogant. I come here do to my job but deff not by choice I do not recommend this location at all.

This branch has gone downhill significantly over the last year or 2. Since Jessa left, they may as well close the whole branch down. The tellers seems to be the only competent workers in the place, but if you need anything more than to deposit a check or use the ATM...good luck! Two weeks ago I noticed a $500+ fraudulent charge on my account. I called the number on the back of my debit card and they were able to see that my account and routing number had been used on this transaction. They suspended access to my account and suggested I go to the branch and have my account closed since somebody has my account information. When I went in the following day ENGY was extremely combative with me and instead of letting me explain what had happened, started calling numbers, with whoever was on the other end, advising that I hadn't called and there was no record of the fraudulent charges. I tried presenting her with the stop payment number given to me on the phone by a UBOC agent, she told me that wasn't possible to have a stop payment number on something that wasn't a physical check. She then proceeded to attempt to DISSUADE me from closing my account. This is somebody I'm supposed to TRUST with my money. There are at least 3 other bullet points of aggravation to this story (like multiple pending charges bouncing after she advised the account would be open until these very charges were cleared)...but honestly what I've said already should be enough to warn you that if you come to this branch you'll wish you'd gone elsewhere.

The banking side of this location is incompetent. Do not waste your time coming here with any actual banking issues. The ATM works most of the time though. When attempting to open a business account, I was forced to make multiple return trips to complete a series of incorporating documents and each time the banker was unable to figure out how to open my account. After the third attempt, I went across the street with my paperwork and opened an account in about 15 minutes. When attempting to complete a simple name change after recently getting married, the banker did not understand the marriage license or the process of what we were asking for and had to consult with a supervisor who was equally unaware of this process. Simply put, if you value your time at all DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.

The people working here are super nice, just go in and deposit my rent! So my experience was/is always a good one ^_^ And they offer coffee, nice!

Union bank has been my bank and company bank since 1997. This location has been my personal and business bank for four years. The staff is extremely personable and helpful in all my banking needs. However, the staff are limited by the corporate processes so that there are things that Union Bank doesn't seem to be able to do that would seem easy enough to do. But for everyday needs, this is a great bank.

I'd rate you zero stars if I could. I'm really tired of banks like this one with self righteous brain dead robots, supposedly officers, not willing to make an attempt to provide service. I understand check hold procedures better than most, since I spent a career in banking that began checking signatures on checks and ended as a VP Branch Manager. I know procedure and I know who has the authority and trust to make a decision to override procedure. This is why you have an approval authority. I don't appreciate being treated like a potential criminal. I did not open my account 7 years ago and maintain it with no bounced checks or overdrafts to try and take you for $5K now. It's astounding that the person in charge of customer service was too lazy to make a phone call to verify my check or even to ask for my business card establishing the issuer of that check as my new employer. I had ID showing me to be a real estate broker and mortgage agent, but no effort was made to see this as a normal and legitimate transaction. I've been in your shoes and I did a far better job. Perhaps Union Bank should hire me instead if your lazy butt. Yes, the check was double my normal deposit, but there were many unexplored compensating factors to consider, Forgive me for being an over achiever and trying to earn more. I started a new job and now make more. I guess I could have stayed in a dead end banking job and basked in my own power, but then again, when I did your job, I focused on helping my customers. I was not a procedure coward. I made real decisions and NEVER had a loss. You ma'am are the problem. FYI I have money in another bank. No, I'd never move it to Union. In fact im shopping for a new bank. You lack the intelligence to handle my money.

Small quaint location with friendly teller. And they still offer ckffee to their customers.. Nice ...
