Poor customer service.We had three separate "delivery attempts" where the driver walked up to our door, didn't knock, and just put a 'missed delivery' slip on the door with no additional info and then walked away - this was caught on camera. I understand that this was strictly on the driver, but when I called this location to see if they could look it up the woman on the phone told me there was nothing she could do with a missed delivery notice and that I should download the app. Could not check by name. My roommate then came to check in person and was told that there was nothing for him, and they they would not verify if there was anything for anyone else at our address. His address and mine are the same on our ID's.Luckily UPS customer service called us back (finally) to tell us that the package was under my name and AT THIS LOCATION.I do not understand why it was so difficult to get my package. 0/10

Great job! I wish I would have taken a picture of how well my package was wrapped for shipping…it was AMAZING. I had to mail a half inch thick, 2 feet X 3 feet piece of plexiglass to another state. I live in Eastside CM and I make the rounds (depending on my other errands) to different UPS stores in Westcliffe/17th Street corridor. When I had to figure out where to go to mail this piece, my mind went to this store because of the amount of volume of packages they deal with, (they’re a always busy, but well-staffed) and of the numerous times I’ve been in line at the store, and have seen them wrap other items.I would recommend the store without hesitation!!

Kelly the manager changed the prices on me! I called in ahead to get pricing for a simple black and white print and then came a few times this month. Then this last time he charged me $2.50 for my prints as an additional Charge to use their computer!! I didn’t use the computer. I emailed it to him. There’s a difference. I should have just left. Poor customer service on his part. I didn’t use the computer!!!! The other workers have better customer service. I felt robbed especially since I called ahead To check pricingDon’t use them for prints, go somewhere else! Use fed ex across the street. If you use their computer you get charged but NOT charged if you don’t!

Manager was extremely rude and un helpful. Treated me like I was a total idiot. Excuse me your job is to take care of customers and diffuse the situation - not have an attitude and basically eye roll in my face. This store will never get my business again.

I had a very nice experience at this UPS store yesterday and I really appreciated the very nice employee, Griffin, who helped me. I had to ship two packages, one I had misplaced the tag and he did not make me feel rushed at all until I found it, got that one done. The other package I had questions on how to pack it since it was a little large, important to me and I was nervous to ship it. Griffin went out of his way to help me ship something valuable safely and I was super satisfied with the care he took and I felt he went above and beyond to help me. What I was anticipating to be a frustrating experience, being late in the day when they have their pick-ups and questions about my packages, turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much Griffin and this UPS store!

I've been using their services since March of 2003. The owner and his staff have been nothing short of wonderful. Always accommodating. They possess the intangibles that are missing in so many business models nowadays. Highly recommend this particular location.

Zero stars. Workers are rude and irresponsible. They had a line out the door but 3 people decided to go on break. Another short rude guy with facial hair was ignoring people talking to him. He must really hate his job. To top it all off he and some other remain worker weren't even wearing masks in a state mandate! The girl was even coughing!! When asked why they weren't wearing masks, the employee said I didn't have to shop there and the door was behind me. Like I'd get it if it was the mail shack or something, but ups??! Im shook. The company really needs to address the shitty employees

Would be nice if the lady who was working the front desk and helping me with my package was wearing a mask, like CA mandates right now. A store full of customers and another employee and out of 14 people, she was the only one not wearing a mask. Have some consideration for other people. First and last time there and have reported the store to the proper channels.

I have no way to get my money back for the 9 shirts these idiots lost and furthermore the women hung up on me. I quit using UPS 15 years ago an d the first time I had to use them they lost my s**** These people are irresponsible idiots

I took my TV in it's original box to be sent to me in Florida. I had another large box which the agent put on the dolly and put the TV on top. The TV fell. I said I hope it didn't break. When it was delivered it was broke. In that same corner there was a crack. I called the owner of the store and he would not accept the blame. In my opinion the owner has no integrity.

They need to update their hours. The posted hours on the door and on Google show they are open until 3:00 p.m. on Sundays, but I arrived hours before that and there was no sign of the store having been open at all that day. I also watch three other people in the span of two minutes walk up to the door trying to bring a package to be shipped. The total hours of lost customer time each Sunday must be extensive, and is easily avoidable by simply updating the posted hours.

If you are returning an Amazon package of high value, make sure to take a picture of the items on their scale and grab your receipt. Couldn't hurt to note the person helping you either. Every time I have dropped off something with a large value the package goes missing. This is now the 3rd time. I went in to follow up after 6 days of no update on tracking number and they were dumfounded and said that number is not what is actually used?!? and that i should contact Amazon. Contacted Amazon and sure enough they use that number and said since there was no update, I had to wait two weeks before filing a claim. They verified the weight (GET YOUR RECEIPT) was accurate but still could not give me the credit yet. Over $800 worth of merch that was misplaced and now I was unable to purchase what I needed in time. This place reeks of fraud.
