This Adam Costa Mesa Post office is one of the worst I ever seen, staff are unprofessional unhelpful and Supervisor name: Kuang is worst and very rough he act as a top gangster in the city. As this post office used pax payer money, I would suggest the post master should be fired all these staff and supervisor for his action taken,( unprofessional service and very rough they act as a group of gangster .

Rude, hostile and unprofessional staff. Can't believe tax payers tolerate this kind of abuse. Management is even worse. They defend and protect the disrespectful conduct of their employees.

I wish I can put 0 stars. Ever time I go here staff is so lazy and rude. Today 2 employees were just leaning against the wall talking the entire time. It was slow so fine I get it there isn't anything to do but no need to be rude and unwelcoming. I rarely got to the USPS and I put my packages on the counter and the guy staying in his leaning against wall position says, "you might want to put the packages in the bin so they don't get stolen." He said this in the most rude and condescending way. Like I'm sorry I don't work here I don't know what bin to throw it in there's multiple bins. I don't understand why they can't be bothered to be helpful.

First time here and got a bad experience. I went in to ship the package to Canada , asked politely the Chinese guy which one was the cheapest way and he right away gave me attitude like I wasted his time coz I asked questions . It wasn't busy time at all at that time .Look like he hates his job and trying to make everyone else feel miserable like him

Zero stars. Misinformed by the passport acceptance agent that they can't seal documents for a hand carry application even though the procedure is in the agent field guide. Now stuck in new passport application processing purgatory.

I think the workers here need to find a new job. Seasoned veterans behind the counter with angry faces and throwing boxes around like their rag dolls. I've had $600 worth of crystal glass broken from this facility(that I labeled Fragile on the box all over the box with my own writing) and then later on when I went to bring them more merchandise and asked them if I could see the scan code print out just to verify its the right address , because its expensive crystal, the guy behind the counter slams my box on the counter to show me the address rather than just nicely lean it towards me. This place breaks a lot of merchandise. We need fresh workers, not seasoned lazy people behind the counter breaking peoples merchandise.

Just saw a video of USPS employee assaulting a camera man. Absolutely disgusting to think you can treat a private citizen this way. Behavior like this is exactly why you all need to be recorded

I placed my mail directly in the mail slot inside the post office for the express purpose of it not getting lost and… they lost my mail! My recipient never received it.

I went in to buy stamps and machine couldn’t read multiple chip credit cards. Waited 20 minutes in line to buy stamps and another clerk (1 out of 2 wasn’t working and was watching something on screen). He waited until line reach 8-10 people to serve me. I told me him machine didn’t work and he didn’t care. The clerk handed me my stamps and didn’t say anything else.

If need any help mailing a package, do not go here. I called the national usps to inquire about sending my oddly shaped invites. They told me exactly what to say to the clerk at the store, I went to this location and repeated word for word what the agent told me on the phone only to be aggressively laughed at and then yelled at when I asked a question.I went to the location on Atlanta and Magnolia and they were extremely helpful, I was in and out in under 5 minutes! He also told me what the clerk at this location did was technically illegal (he stamped one of our packages and then threw it back at me when I asked a question about tracking). Apparently it’s a big no no to stamp something then give back to a customer ?

One star is a web forced lie. This organization is a negative number because if you do business with them long enough, you will encounter problems. Consistently wrong/misplaced mail in delivery boxes. Worker have the F/U attitude, proactive is something they can't comprehend. Never use them for important delivery. Have had mail stolen out of envelopes. Management backs the inept , poor customer service of this office, which should be closed.

For the third year in a row the US Post office at Adams Ave. & Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, has no Christmas stamps, the Madonna. Who ever became the supervisor in the past three years has not made an effort to stock these stamps. Each time I come in and ask for them I am told there are none and there won't be any before Christmas. I was there on November 15, 6 weeks before Christmas and was told it takes 3 weeks to order them and there would be no more. Prior to the past 3 years I was easily able to purchase the Madonna stamps at this location. I asked to speak to the supervisor and waited 10 minutes to do so. Someone came out with no identification and said there would be no more Madonna stamps. This is unacceptable.
