If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I love how we were greeted right away as we step into the store. Francesca and David were the ones who had helped us and greeted us in the store. They are very informative and so kind in their knowledge of the questions we had asked. I really liked how patient they were with us as well. Not that we're complicated but just having the amount of questions we had.This store has always been my go-to for all kinds of merch. I will always keep coming here because even the parking is easy and to get here to this location is easy and available as well. I enjoy the organization of the store and the merchandise too.Check it out for yourselves. You will leave with a big smile, just as we did. Big thank you to Francesca & David. Amazing people!

I ordered a pair of shoes and it is being shipped to the wrong address. There is no way that you can cancel or make edits to your order. I contacted Vans via email and have not responded. After reading the reviews I’m guessing they will not get back to me. I am definitely never going to buy another pair, especially order from their website!

Awesome customer service. I had returned a package over a month ago but to my horror saw that I hadn't been refunded at all, and turns out the tracking number from the pre-printed return label in the box never registered on Vans site either, so I had basically no way to prove I returned it. Customer rep asked a few questions and then got me a refund, THANK YOU, was very nice and efficient too. More reasons why Vans really is one of the best brands in the last few years.

I ordered their shoes online and then get an email telling me that my order had been cancelled. This is so frustrating when I was expecting to get some shoes and then when I talk to customer services they tell me there's nothing they can do and just I won't get those shoes anymore since they are out of stock. Just a overall disappointment and crappy customer service. If they didn't have the product they should've never sold it to me in the first place and gotten my hopes up. They didn't even offer any substitutes for same price I was going to get the shoes at for the inconvenience.

I would leave a 0, if I could. This is the second time that I paid for overnight shipping and 5 days later I have to call back because my order is not here. If you call any number online, you'll get a switchboard operator. They can tell you where your order is or that it has not even gone out. They can refund you the overnight shipping, but you can't talk to anyone directly about your experience or who can offer a better explanation for the inconvenience. There are a ton of other options out there. I am officially done with Vans.

DONT ORDER FROM VANS! SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE FROM ORDERING FROM VANS.I ordered 2 pairs of snow boots on the vans website on 11/27/22 but even though its been 10 business days they have still not been shipped. The status of the order says they're still being processed... This is 1st and last time I buy from Vans.

Absolutely ridiculous.Have 26 pair of vans but won't ever buy another.Ordered a pair of floral plaid paid for overnight and got em 5 days later.Not to mention an eyelet was not even attached. Contacted Vans which was if no help whatsoever.Further I posted a review on vans website but received an email from vans telling me they won't post my review.If I were them I wouldn't want potential customers seeing this either.Had to go to a local shoe repair shop and get an eyelet re attached.Shame on you Vans .Lost another customer.I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

I placed online order for one pair of shoes on Sept. 11, 2022. I called on Sept. 23 to check order status and was told it had not shipped yet. I ask them to cancel my order because it was over the 5 to 7 business days for shipping, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes then told me they cannot cancel my order because it's been shipped but fedex has not scanned it. I hate being lied to and I will never order from Vans again. I'm very disappointed with their poor customer service and feel like I got scammed.

Horrid customer service and shipping! I placed an order on August 14 for shoes that just shipped on August 25. My shoes were in processing status for 2 weeks! I almost forgot I ordered them! I sent 3 emails yesterday requesting a refund and now they miraculously get shipped today. Customer Service says, "No changed can be made on shipped items". LMAO!! Looking forward to returning these when they arrive!?

Wonderful shoes don't listen to those other people saying the quality is bad that's there own problem you don't waer Vans if your playing out side Vans are a good walking shoe or skateboarding shoe I never have problems with any of my shoe the only time I do is like after 5 6 years they start getting old but that just means that they were loved GREAT SHOE also great shoe for customizing

Called to check on a order. Wait time 55 minutes. Tried chat on line, it does not work. Last time I ever order from Vans. Very poor customer service.

Day 1 playing on Vans with 11 Year old…. The only reason I share this is the only thing consistent is the quality going down. This is not the only pair.
