When calling the pharmacy to obtain prescription information I am always left on hold for 15 minutes or more and then transferred to a line that continues to ring. The customer service at this pharmacy is not patient- centered.

Be sure to keep your eyes on the register, the system somehow fails to correctly issue advertised discounts. This location looks large from the outside but stocks limited selection of different types of item while carrying too many brands for a particular type; for example: they have 17 different brands of sunscreen but only 2 choices for non-chemical, 8 brands of toothpaste but 1 mint floss. Most annoyingly, why were the restrooms closed in the middle of the afternoon?

Filled a prescription here today and went to pick it up after about an hour. When I arrived, it wasn't ready and I was told it would be just 5 minutes. After about 20 minutes waiting and watching, I witnessed 2 people getting the incorrect prescription, others not getting their prescriptions at all (pharmacist claiming it wasn't received) and 3 pharmacists working on 1 computer for one order (how many pharmacists does it take to fill 1 prescription?). When I got home I realize I only have 1 prescription and my doctor faxed over 2. This place is a disaster. I won't be going back. I thought CVS across the street was bad but boy this place takes the cake on being an unorganized cluster.

As I walked into this drug store, they instantly welcomed me with big smiles and even inquired about my well-being. The pharmacist also offered me some budget-friendly choices. I will undoubtedly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

I have been going to this Walgreens for over 2-years. This latest visit was absolutely the last time I will ever shop at ANY Walgreens ever! First I get a coupon "spend 20.00, get 5.00 back" BS promo so after waiting in line for 20 mins because all the employees were too busy cleaning the dirty store... I presented the coupon and was told it was the next time I make a purchase!!! It did not state that on the coupon maybe on the back in red miniscule faded and smeared letters. Anyway I decided to return one Aleve Pm and the blonde lady working at the register at 6:20 1/26/21 was rude and just stared at me her only reply put in your number. So after all the BS dealing with these so called essential workers I left my product without a refund could not deal with these people at all. This is a sloppy store with lazy and sloppy employees that obviously have no pride at all. I mean thet way these people present reflects the store. I will avoid all walgreens going forward.

Getting a prescription filled there was an actual nightmare. They told us that they required authorization from the ordering Dr. when they actually meant the insurance- which we weren't paying through. On top of that issue that caused a day and a half long delay, they do not accept GoodRx - which they obviously don't advertise. They were somewhat rude in telling me that they don't take GoodRx, stating "I told you the price on the phone." Sure, but you didn't say that you don't accept GoodRx coupons, and with the day delay you caused with the authorization issue, I didn't have time to go somewhere else for this filling. What a frustration. We will not ever be using this pharmacy again.

Unfortunately this place will turn you away during a pandemic and not give you Your prescription medication knowing they have it in stock they turn away people left and right because that's what soulless Walgreens pharmacists Do they will profile you and turn you away or try and tell you that they can substitute the medication with something else, lol I think they forget that they are pharmacist and not doctors and I don't understand why they think they can override my doctors medication like they know better than my doctor that went to school for 10 times longer than a weak simpleton pharmacist mind could ever manage so do yourself a favor don't go here you can see the misery on each one of the Asian pharmacist faces like go be miserable somewhere else a*********

Not often do I leave reviews but I felt like it is very necessary that I let people who will be visiting this pharmacy know that the head Pharmacist Andrew is such a gentleman and a professional, every time that I have gone in and had the pleasure of dealing with him I honestly left there with a smile on my face! He is always very kind and caring and seems to genuinely care about my needs. I wish all my experiences with people were like this. I do not live in the area but I go out of my way to visit this pharmacy because of the service I get. 4 years of going here and as long as I am able to I will be a customer of this location. Thank you Andrew!

The worst Pharmacy to ever go to I swear they wouldn't know how to do things quickly if it bit them in the booty after having my prescription come here for the last six months I'm finally changing it's ridiculous to wait 30 minutes in line every time you come to get a prescription why do you guys allow this do you not care about us are you guys that crappy there's a 90-year-old man standing in line and your employees don't go out of their way to even help him or find him a chair like you guys are disgusting

Do you need a prescription filled or random sundries out on your way to Balboa? Or maybe you live in the area... It is a Walgreens, with all that being a Walgreens implies. Beauty products, first aid, cold & flu, and some random food items. It isn't a grocery store, but you can get the basics in a pinch, and you can of course get all the stuff you would normally pick up from a drug store.

Horribly inefficient pharmacy. For one simple prescription of diabetic glucose meter test strips, it took multiple visits over a one month period before I finally gave up. They were incapable of filling this prescription. Worst pharmacy I have tried to use.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. The man working was downright disrespectful. I got a call 2 hours prior to me showing up to get my prescriptions saying all my meds were ready. I got there and he told me that 2 out of 6 of them are ready and I need to wait 45 minutes to get the other 4 prescriptions. He also proceeded to tell me I misunderstood my voicemail which I did not so I played it for him and I was correct so he continued to tell me well we've had this issue before with other clients getting this call before they are ready and told me there is nothing he can do because he's to busy, and has a line of 10 more people and it's only him and 1 other pharmacists working j and I live about 25 minutes from this Walgreens and I go to this one specifically because I used to live 5 mins from it and it's one of the only Walgreens that carries my meds, but from here on out I will not ever go to this one again, there is 2 pharmacists that are amazing here, but sadly it doesn't make up for the horrible service this last time I was there.

Andrew T was extremely helpful with all of my pharmacy needs and answered all of the questions I had. Service was quick and I had a very pleasant experience. Making this location my go to pharmacy
