Open @ 7:30am or 8:00am ??
I been calling since 7:30am and no answer. Says it’s close. Online, clearly says it’s open from 7:30am to 5:00pm
They definitely need to get it together. Maybe a new Clinic Manager is what they need. Awful service when I go. Always in a hurry to get you in and out. 😠😤

Just try to get them to answer the phone is nearly impossible. Today 20 plus minutes, you answer then hang up befor. Conversation can begin.

Absolutely awful, I asked one of the doctors if they could check my cholesterol it had been a while and was high before. She said what do you think ? Your Insurance isn't going to pay every time you want something . She was also was very unfriendly and abrupt. So I requested another Doctor . It has been months with no Doctor . I filled out paperwork for request for another doctor and keep calling for decision and get oh it takes a while sometimes . I call only to be told somone will call me back and nothing .Mean while my health
is going down hill Recently called to do walk in " very sick" and had a long wait only to get hung up on. Not recommend people.

I would put 0 stars if I could. The pediatrician at this location (the only pediatrician they have) is rude, not helpful, and judgmental for no reason.
I NEVER leave reviews but I felt I had to share with families how awful she is.
PLEASE do not take your child here.
We had a pediatrician in Redding who no longer took our insurance who we loved (Dr Bramer) and had to switch to this location in Cottonwood.
My son was sick so I took him in and the pediatrician was judgmental that he was sick, was insulting and rude in her demeanor and I’ve never felt worse with a doctor.
She pushed vaccines my child did not need yet and judged us for asking questions and for wanting to wait for a few vaccines and space them out.
My fiancée and I asked for a note for school for our son to be on organic food (a note any dr would happily write) and she refused and brushed my fiancée off and told him “you read too much”.
It is scary that a pediatrician would be more on board for pesticide food than not and is pushing and unsafe and dangerous agenda onto parents!!
Find someone you trust and find someone who has your back.
Joy the pediatrician here does not care about you or your child.
Do NOT risk your child’s health and safety at this clinic!!

4 visits in a week, no results to show for it. They sure needed the blood on time but couldn't tell us what's going on. Then conveniently said the don't except partnership anymore and ignored calls.

My friend was having a difficult time with her diagnosis and she was not heard at her old doctor….Today my friend cried with joy because, not only did Anna hear her concerns and what she was going through, she created a step by step plan and did everything she could to help my friend immediately.This place is clean and the staff were so sweet. Thank you staff !

I’m a healthcare provider that recently moved to the area and went to this clinic for an urgent care need. The front office workers were rude, incompetent, and negligent at best. We will never go back and if you care about your health, you shouldn’t either.

I never write reviews but what this clinic did for me today by seeing my 2 year old even though they weren’t taking any more walk in’s, and right before they closed, showed me the most compassion I have seen this holiday season! You girls are amazing! I couldn’t be more grateful!
