I went to try and open a business account and was told the banker (I guess they have only one) was in a meeting.. they asked for my name and number and he would call when he was available... it's a shame how banking has put customers needs second.. I mean, isn't it a bankers job to open accounts

I went 3 times to open a bank account 2 times the banker was not there and now I'm told to wait 20 mins. I work have a family trying to get things done with this bank but apparently a union sheet metal contribution ain't good enough

This review is for B-MO I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is unacceptable and they are severely understaffed. Called the banker twice both times he's busy, and left messages with the operator and sent an email to him. Zero reply.
