It takes 20 years to build a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it. This is what happened with dreamland mattress for me. In 2017 I bought 2 mattress from Bruce (now retired) He was a very nice and soft spoken gentleman. He has since retired. In the next few years my brother bought 3 more mattress from dreamland and at the time he bought it from arthur since Bruce had retired. Fast forward to 2024, one of the mattress I purchased begin to sag on one side to a point it caused majo4 back and neck pain. I called dreamland mattress because at the time of purchase they told me there is a 20 year or life time warranty on the mattress and since it has been only roughly 7 years I thought it would be covered. Well this is the beginning of the horror story. When I called, I spoke to arthur, I had told him about the defective mattress and inquired about the warranty. Initially, I thought there was life time warranty, he told me there is no such thing as life time warranty and that he is sorry this has happened and instructed me to email them with some photos and they will get back to me. I emailed them back same day with photos and he called me back several days later to tell me there is no life time warranty and my mattress carries a 20 years warranty. He persisted in telling me that life time warranty is a dream and to get that out of my head like literally 20 times while accusing me of calling them (wetbacks) when I told him I bought the mattress from a Hispanic guy 7 years ago. At this point, he turned great customer service into what I call a shit show as he went on about life time warranty is just in my dreams and there isnt a difference between the term hispanic and wetback. It was a jaw dropping experience ..I never spoke to anyone who could be so unprofessional and ignorant in how they present themselves in front of customer who spend money there buying their products. Fast forward 3 weeks later. His son Joseph came to my house and took additional photos and reassured me that this will be taken care of. 1 week went by no word I have to reach out again and again to inquire on the status only to find out that they claim manufacture will not replace If the mattress has any stains. Wow, it took them 4 weeks to tell me this and we are back at Square one. When I purchased the mattress they never told me that a small stain would void the warranty and it's very obvious that the construction of the mattress is defective and has nothing to do with the stain. This is basically a industry scam to cheat consumers so they are not liable to honor the warranty. It's as if you bought a vacuum and they tell you any dirt will void the warranty even if it malfunctions. Anyway dreamland then offer to discount a mattress for our inconvenience and the minute I ask what is the reimburse amount they fell from faces of earth. So much for dedicating themselves to providing great customer service and satisfaction is their priority. I have emailed them over the past 7 days to ask about the reimbursement in purchasing a new mattress and they just would not respond. I regret buying anything from them and will recommend you not do business here as well. Just save yourself some trouble and buy your mattress else where. The headache alone is not worth it dealing with these people who claim to pride themselves with providing excellent customer service but turn a blind eye and do exactly the opposite. Buyers beware! Best quality mattresses at amazing prices. Arthur does what it takes to get you the perfect mattress. I have lower back pain from scoliosis and from my former 15 year old mattress. He recommended a firm bamboo and it’s cut back pain from 5 to 1. I live 3 miles away and he was able to get me same-day delivery. Buy your next mattress here! Experience quality and amazing service!

Another happy customer. It was a quick and easy process selecting the mattress with the help of Art. I warned him about our staircase and he said "no problem." They delivered the mattress today and were nice throughout the entire process. We would recommend this business to anyone who needs a mattress.
