Love this place, they are always courteous and won’t lie and tell you come in and keep you waiting. They will tell you oh we’re busy now, give us an hour or so. I appreciate that because a lot of nail salons don’t do that. The ladies are all so quick and thoughtful. Great work ethic and very patient despite me changing mind a lot. I moved away from the area and still come back because I know I’ll always get good service at a decent price. This place is a gem, once you find a good spot like that you keep coming back.

Helen was so fast and did an amazing job! Considering prices recently, gelx is reasonably priced! $50 for gelx mani and $45 for gel pedi. Amazing deal! I will definitely be coming back.

You get what you pay for here. I got an acrylic set and the lady drilled my cuticles and skin around my nails until they bled. They were raw and tender for days after. Although, I will say a nail never broke. When I came to remove them after they were grown out, they just RIPPED OFF MY ACRYLICS. I could have done that at home for free. My nails are thin and weak and some even dented. Cheap prices and sturdy nails, but their techniques are not safe for your nails at all; the techs (if you can even call them that) are just too rough and not considerate at all.

I never get what i want !! I'm writing this review respectfully out of love for Ben Helen and Kim who still do a wonderful job when I get them as a nail technician and always deliver what I want.However there have been multiple times where I haven't received what I asked for including this last time I showed the nail technician what I wanted for inspiration and she said that she can do it. It took her like forty minutes for her to shape my nails which is understandable because she wants to give me the correct nail shape. I didn't have a problem with her taking her time but the owner Lynn most certainly did she made it a point to ask at least 3 separate times if she was almost done with my set. I realized she kept asking her this because there was another client that they had booked after me. This really aggravated me as the technician began rushing my set to try and hurry and get her product finished to get to the other client . I understand trying to deliver timeliness for your clients . However, it's unprofessional to rush your clients when you say you can deliver and don't. My set was $108 and that did not include tip I didn't get a top coat , my nails are so lumpy, the design came out crooked, and to make things worst my diamonds are all falling off. Mind you I was just there on Saturday 01/20/24, today is 01/22/24. Two days , this is what happens when you rush your clients in and out the door when you are about Quantity over Quality. I don't know if I ever want to go back. My older sister stopped going because the owner Leann was rude and would give her the same energy. Please reevaluate the way you conduct business. It's sad because I love Ben, Helen, and Kim, but something like this could really destroy your business and clientele.

Kim was a kind, talented, and thorough nail tech. This was my first time at Lee Ann Salon, and I will definitely itely be returning :) Thanks for my pretty nails-- it feels great.
