I've been going to Kristin (@hairbykrisc on Instagram) for nearly four years, and I couldn’t be happier with her work! She’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also so friendly and welcoming. Kristin truly puts her clients first, making every appointment feel personalized. She remembers my dye color perfectly and is always proactive with suggestions for treatments and styling tips that help keep my hair looking its best. I’m always amazed by her attention to detail and dedication. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a top-notch hairstylist!

Worst service ever!!! I was ask to give a deposit to schedule for the service I requested and after that I received a huge message with the instructions which included to be punctual, not to bring any guest, no kids or they had to wait outside. I finally show up, they come and get me from the front door with other people that was also waiting outside, then proceed to give another lady paper to be signed and after that leaves. She didn’t even say hi, will be right there with you or anything. Then after 15 minutes I send a text to ask if there was still a long wait, no answer. After 30 minutes of waiting a send another text to ask if someone was going to come and help me since my appointment was at 12pm, again no response then I called to the number where I got the text from and of course no one answered then I go straight to look for the lady that came to the door and a guy sitting in there said you need to wait outside. Finally the lady came out saying someone else overbooked and if I wanted to wait??? Really??? I had to drive for more than an hour, paid babysitter cause I was not allowed to bring my kids since there was no waiting area, and for them just to come and say sorry you can wait and will help you after. Then she said or when ever you want to book again I can give you a discount, really? I’m not asking for any discount but if you are being to picky and have all these rules then I at least allow respect my time!!! The easiest thing to do is just to say “sorry” that doesn’t fix anything!!! You don’t know all I had to do to make sure I was on time, to leave my kids home and to top it off you ask me to bring my own mask cause you guys don’t provide them but do REQUEST to wear a mask!!!!!

Recently came about a week ago to get my hair done by StyledByElicia. She was amazing, it took about 6 hours but didn't even really feel as long because we were talking the entire time. She let me eat halfway through, she provided snacks and waters, and even WiFi. I was nervous coming to her at first since it was my first time with her but I will definitely be coming back for my touch up's. I definitely recommend her.

Went in to do eyelashes By Calilashking ig Name Worst 1st time experience He is overrated eyelashes were falling off within 1 hour of leaving there. Got them done on a Friday by Sun didn't have many anymore. He first said I'll take care of that at a reduce fee. Why would I want to pay again ?i ask for a refund he says There's no refunds You signed the consent. Customer service is what makes customers come back. Take your risk by signing that consent.
