A long, long overdue review for the best income tax service around. I have been using them for 20+ years now and have nothing but great things to say About Bart, Cindi, Craig and everyone else that works here! This is a family run business who cares about you as a person. Not like these big places that feel like you are just a number. If they see a problem, they let you know. If you're missing paperwork, they let you know. Now they have an online portal that all you have to do is upload your documents and hit send. Can't be much easier. Love love love Cindi. She is the kindest, sweetest person around. Bart is extremely knowledgeable as is Craig. Don't look any further! This is the place to have your taxes done

I've been doing my taxes here for about 4 to 5 years now and I wont go anywhere else! I love that they have an online service and all I have to do is upload my documents and they take care of everything else in a fast and timely manner. They also send email updates throughout the days and weeks to let you know the status of everything. I've also had the biggest tax refunds with them over the years and they charge an affordable price. Highly recommend

It is hard enough to get your taxes done...but let me tell you...this family owned business has been around for many many years and I would NEVER go anywhere else. My grandfather and uncles used to come here and I have been coming here since I was 16 years old to get my taxes done. Their kindness, knowledge and expertise makes you feel so comfortable. If you are looking for a honest and respectable company to do your taxes I highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed.

My parents did their taxes here for quite a few years. I know my sister does hers here too. Then at age 17, I started doing my taxes here which has been for 31 years now. This is now the 2nd year my younger daughter is doing her taxes here. It is definitely a place where we have grown up together through the years. I have nothing else to say except Bart Roybal is a very nice gentleman and he gives us all his best service! One of the most honest and caring person I have ever met in my entire life! I 100% recommend this business to anyone in need!!!

Cyndi Roybal was in confident in her role to get my taxes done efficiently when I told her that the payment for my taxes was separate from the card that I would be receiving my taxes she charged the wrong card and overdrafted me $100. My family has been coming here for years and we will no longer be seeking services with such a rude and incompetent person. When I called to find out where there was a miscommunication she not only was not hesitant to be aggressive and rude over the phone she laughed when I began to cry. This is why H&R Block does so well. What a disgusting human being to laugh at people dealing with Financial hardships due to their negligence.
