The lodge has a wonderful aesthetic and is clean and comfortable. We loved our stay at this lodge and will definitely return!!!

Cozy location with true retro feel. Convinient location with self parking. Room had a great microwave, and fridge. The smaller details were a bit of a let down.
Upon closer look, there was plenty of dust on the rooms oscillating fan. The shower had pink and black mold through the grout.
Our doors deadbold could not be locked from the outside. And the bathroom window facing the hallway had no locking mechanism either. Its beautiful but needs a bit of deep cleaning/updates.

Our room was not good. It was very musty and caused eye and sinus issues. It caused my boyfriend to develop a severe sinus issue that led to bronchitis.

The doors don’t seal, my locks don’t work, the fog from outside makes the room all wet, microwave over heats. The pictures make it look cool but it’s really not. (Not worth the price)

I was not impressed . Definitely one of the lowest places we've stayed at. The TV was clear across the room right next to the bathroom door. The TV was not user friendly at all. The walls are paper thin. I would not recommend to anyone.

Rude and unprofessional. Rooms smell musty and dingy furniture. I don’t smoke and was charged a cleaning fee for smoke smell and was told they had to hire a carpet cleaner from the odor. Again I don’t smoke or have pets. The odor was in there already. I called to dispute the charges, and was yelled at and hung up on.

I enjoyed my stay at Curly Redwood Lodge. Friendly owner and safe lodge. The room was nice and I was so grateful for the floor fan. I’d stay here again. Request a 2nd floor room, if it’s available

I gave the hotel a chance but it proved to be overpriced for what it was. I thought it might be retro and cool but proved to be just outdated and not very comfortable.
To add insult to injury, I left my glasses there, my fault. But on several calls and several unreturned emails, I never got a straight answer on if they even found them. On the calls, they always said they would call me back, they never did. Not a great experience and not recommended.

curly redwood lodge is truly a lovely place to stay- what a special treat to rest amidst the giant itself! rooms were very clean, bathroom was wicked cool, staff is incredibly kind! if i find myself on 101 in the future i'm definitely staying here again!
