“I was so lucky to have found A1on my way back home from Big Bear to Los Angeles. I have run flat tires and got a warning that the pressure was low on one of my tire right when I got off the 330. It was already past 6 PM and I didn't want to drive more than 80 miles on my run flat. I stopped by A1 and even tough they were already closed, they helped me out, patched the tire so I could make it home! Great customer service!”

“I gave this shop a chance because it was on my route home. I was assisted quite fast despite having multiple customers already at the shop. I didn't get the woman's name but she was very informative regarding the average prices for Infiniti tires. She was also really nice, it can be intimidating going to tire shops or mechanics.

“Sil from Rialto Oil change went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough! Received a panic tearful phone call from our 20 year old who had pulled of the freeway due to warning lights and got stuck in Rialto on way back from Santa Barbara to Palm Springs. Worse she had 3% phone battery. Luckily she sent me a pin drop before the phone died. I called Rialto and based on my map Sil jumped into his truck and drove 10 mins up the road to find her and allowed her to use his cell to call us. He diagnosed the issue and went back for parts and she was back on the road within two hours and before it got dark. We are so impressed and grateful. Such a friendly professional service and all on a national holiday. Highly recommend.”

“I went in for an oil change, tail light replacement and wiper blades replacement. The service technician Anthony showed me the before and after showing my Hyundai was burning oil turning into sludge. He recommended an additive to unclog it. He topped my windshield fluid off without asking and also recommended we check the a/c filter. That thing definitely needed a change. She showed me all the before and after which instilled confidence in his service. Before leaving he made sure all my tired were at the right air pressure. I have been to other jiffy lubes but not to one where they go above and beyond as this. Pay them a visit in location! I know I'll be coming back!”

“I just moved up here 3 wks ago to the San Bernardino mountains (Twin Peaks) and I’m still getting used to these mountain roads. I recently had a bit of a scare. 2 wks ago I spun out (luckily not on an edge!) and afterward my car just wasn’t driving the same—super bumpy and clearly in need of a tire balance. To make matters worse though, I didn't even realize this, until about a week later—after I had already spent a whole day driving around L.A. like that, which I know wasn’t good for my car. I drive a 1995 Pontiac Firebird with only about 71,000 miles on it, so I try to keep it in the best shape possible.
After looking around, Snyder’s Tire Works stood out right away—they actually answered the phone (unlike some other places I called) were super responsive, and gave me a fair price. My tires were also overdue for a rotation, so I had them balanced and rotated at the same time. When I showed up at the time they scheduled, they had me in and out in about an hour. Since I’m new to town, I even had time to walk around and get to know the area while they worked.
The car now drives smoothly again, and I feel confident knowing I've found a trustworthy shop in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work. Five stars without hesitation.”
