We are here in this branch of cudahy ca. And today 3rd of july the boos on charge are very very desapoited which all majorie of hes costumer.. i never se this person called Carmen Jackson been the most worst attitude which us, the costumers,,all because we ask about and why? Is only two persons attending at more of 20 costumers in line, waiting for attending... please don't put your money in this branch,,

Horrible customer service by the old lady with black hair and fake eyelashes. She asked me why I would go so much and was always sarcastic when I would ask to withdrawal money from inside the bank because the ATM was never working properly. They should fire her or train her a couple of times on customer service. The ATM machine kept my $10 one time when I made a deposit of $420 and after a year they just kept telling me it was under investigation. I had it and finally after being with US Bank 9 years, I transferred to another bank. Best decision I ever made!

Every other USBank is better than this branch ! Honestly everyone is kind and honest except here. They lack in attention to their customers. I hope they get it together I’m avoiding this branch from now on. Good luck everyone.

No help at all.I recently got my stimulus card in the mail, I went to pull money at the atm on florence & atlantic.I check my balance, printed a recipe and decided how much I wanted to withdraw.I ask for a certain amount of cash then I choose wich bills I wanted for my transaction with no recipe. It starts giving me bills but it gave me a set of different bills with the total of half of what I ask. I go inside to get help from a banker and he tells me this has been happening a lot and that I have to call the number on the back of the card. They can't help me out! They told me that the bank can see how much the atm gave me but us bank tells me they can't. Now I'm short on emergency money I need because I don't have a bank account. I only wanted to use there atm, pay a additional $3 service charge. Now I'm screw.So call the number on the back of the card is what the bank suggest.... This is exactly what happenedI went to pull out money it ask me if I wanted to check my balance I press yes so out comes a recipe, cool I'm gonna withdraw $120 so it ask me what kind of bills would I like I want 2)$50 & 1)$20 a total of $120 in 3 bills, out comes 3 bills but they are all $20's. So I thought something is wrong again I withdraw but this time only $20 then check my balance and yes it's $120 + $20=$140 but I only have $80. Now how ise calling the number on the back of my card gonna help me? It's not there ATM and they have no idea what happened. So the only logic thing to do is report that someone stole money from my card and that's what I'm doing.

The branch manager Dayana is the worse. I am a firm believer of second chances but she failed them both. Now, she didn't give me a temporary card, she chose the image of my card and let me set up online by myself. I'm so disappointed.

Took out $500 for mom ATM gave me 260 went into branch showed cashier what happened she there is nothing I can do and gave me a phone number to call called filed a claim and after 3 wks get a letter in the mail saying they investigation is completed and atm was working properly. In other words s***** you are not getting money back you never got in the first place. Sad to say that after 20+yrs of having this account we are gonna have to take our business elsewhere. Mom is gonna fixed income and this cannot happen again.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I opened my account about 7 months ago and the "Jenny" the rep that opened my account lied to me. I was told I was going to get $400 by opening an account with a PROMO she "Applied" if I completed the actions I was told and which I did in less than 2 months. It's been almost 7 months and I haven't received anything. I have been calling this branch for the past 2 months and Jasmine De Luna said she would help and keeps giving me the run around. I never get a call back with any answer. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she would be in a "Meeting" at the smallest branch in the world. Girl bye. I'm closing my account and going with the competition. Even the 1-800- Customer Service gives me the run around telling me this is a branch issue. Wont ever recommend this Bank to anyone.

Never come to this atm it took the card and when I try to withdraw money from it , it just said a problem went wrong and did not give the card back so I went inside to ask for help and they said they would need an ID before they can do anything.. so I gave them what the needed and still told me there was nothing they can do and they knew the atm dose not work so I told them next time put a note addressing the atm dose not work but they said they can leave any notice about it not working so it makes so since to have a atm for their customers that dose not work and they wont do anything to help event if you have what you need to get it back.. honestly this bank is time consuming and not worth it .... MUST SWITCH BANKS IMMEDIATELY!!!!
