Moneygram policies for receiving cash fund are totally negative. The customer service person that you have to speak with by phone, not the counter rep, are the worst. They have to verify the receiver and sender by phone while you are in the location with the correct reference number. I recommend that no one does business with this place. There are many sources to send money. Next time I'll research better options. Never Moneygram!!!!!! I really hope you are happy Moneygram with your policies and foreign call center.
