Lots of unclear upcharges without any clear value. They “finished” my car after getting The Works for $30, but there were so many unclean spots that I needed to do it again myself when I got home. The $10 fully automated places are better.

I've gone here several times and my issue is they sometimes clean with dirty rags. You CANNOT clean with a dirty rag. The glass shows the dirty streaks when the Sun hits the glass. I didn't notice it until I drove away and the sunlight showed the poor, unacceptable job. I always tip, so I guess I'll need to check that.
