I started going to Studio MDR earlier this year and have been hooked since! I feel so much stronger than when I started. It can be intimidating at first but the instructors are all so helpful, kind, and welcoming - I was really nervous coming into a new studio with zero experience in Pilates or Lagree, but they made me feel super comfortable and helped me nail down my form and gain confidence with the moves. The essentials class is really helpful, I would highly recommend starting there for any beginner. I also appreciate that there are lots of class times to choose from so I can always find something that fits my schedule (but try to book in advance! Classes fill up especially during high demand hours such as before/after the regular work day).
Overall this is a really great workout with supportive staff and a fun environment!

I have just moved to the area, and was nervous to go to a new studio... but the team were so accommodating and kind! I will be getting a membership! Such a great workout, I loved how attentive Simone was during the class.

I discovered The Studio MDR after taking a few traditional pilates classes and wasn’t getting the workout intensity that I was looking for. The instructors at MDR are all so knowledgable and encouraging! These classes are a whole other level vs regular pilates and are constantly pushing and challenging my abilities. It’s the toughest workout I do all week and compliments my weight and cardio training so well. Thanks MDR!

Clean space, friendly instructors and diverse class times. The only downside is modifications aren’t always offered/explained and bad forms aren’t always corrected which can lead to injury. Because of this, I’ve since switched to 1 on 1 Pilates instead but this is a great studio for lagree.
Highly recommend attending the beginners class to learn at a slower pace or to take a private lesson first. The actual class is fast paced. During peak times, the instructor will not be able to help you with your form all the time (not their fault at all, it’s just how group classes are because they have to teach the class, time all the workouts, then find time to correct some obvious form mistakes they see). Listen to your body and you’ll have lot of fun here!

Justin’s class is a challenge but he walks us through every step and makes sure our form is correct. I feel stronger and more motivated each time I work out with him!

Haley is the absolute best! She makes amazing playlists and her classes have the best tempo. I’m 4 months pregnant and just getting back into classes. She provided modifications without missing a beat and was super encouraging throughout the whole class. Always love taking her classes!

Truly my favorite Pilates studio, and I've been to many around OC and LA. Every instructor that I've taken is wonderful, they've curated a great atmosphere at all of their studios.I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new studio or a new workout :) Fawn, Samarah, Prima, Celina, Jodi, Alexis, I'm missing so many great instructors but they're all amazing!

Can't rave about this team and facility enough! Its new, clean, great equipment. All of the instructors are friendly and helpful and make Lagree seem approachable for every body type and fitness level. I'm grateful that they have easy scheduling and great customer service. Thank you Studio MDR For helping me reach my fitness goals!

I brought my husband with me and he is SORE today! He's a gym rat and just lifts weights, so he thought he'd have it easy LOL. The way pilates targets the abs is something he really needed.Instruction, location, staff, everything is just a 10/10.

After some convincing from a friend of mine, I decided to try Pilates for the first time! I booked my class via class pass and the sign up process was very straightforward and convenient! As a heads up, it's best to arrive a 10-15 minutes early so you can get briefed on how to use the machine and sign the waiver form! (I've accidentally missed classes from another studio arriving exactly on time so it's just a good general rule of thumb to have)I consider myself considerably fit as a I lift and do cardio a three to four times a week but let me tell you... Total Body with Prima left me drenched in sweat and my muscles totally spent. I had zero expectations going in but left the studio satisfied and tired. I could definitely feel each muscle getting worked and Prima was nice enough to help correct my form and give me pointers! The class flew by so quickly and I had such a blast. I have already booked my next class and I'm so excited to improve my form and become stronger! I am hooked!

The studio has a peaceful and calming atmosphere that makes it easy to focus on my Pilates practice. The instructors are professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. I have seen significant improvements in my posture and core strength since starting Pilates at this studio.
