I recently had my car repaired at Ultimate Coachworks, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, Steven and his staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They time to thoroughly asses the damage to my vehicle and explained exactly what needed to be done.
The repair process was quick and efficient, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I appreciated the clear communication and the attention to detail. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new - You couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident!

Steven and his team can get done litteraly anything you need. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence is unmatched in LA and it’s the only place I’ll take my car. Freddy the owner is a super nice and trustworthy guy, and his staff were all very friendly. Honest, family owned business that does high quality work. They did a nice job repairing a door dent in my Hyundai Ioniq. It was done within 4 days and they also dealt directly with the insurance company. They also helped refer me to a good rental car place (Mid Way) that picked me up and drop off me when it was all done.
The whole thing was pretty seamless and my car door looks like new now.
I did have to bring the car back once as the power door lock connector was not attached properly and there was a minor nick made on the window trim. Freddy’s guys fixed everything for me same day the replacement part arrived and of course didn’t charge me any extra for it.
Really positive experience overall and I highly recommend speaking with Freddy if you need auto body work.

Can't recommend Ultimate Coachworks highly enough. I've used them for minor jobs in the past (keyed doors, nicked paint) and was always happy with their work. Latest job was a big one in a tough spot on my 20 Macan S. Steven and his team did a phenomenal job and was I so relieved and happy when I got my car back. Thank you again.

I hit a curb and scraped the area under my door on a Tesla Model 3. I took it to Tesla, who told me to take it to a Tesla-approved body shop, J&J's in El Segundo. The representative said he would have to disassemble a huge part of the car, order a new rear quarter panel (which runs under the door), and it would take 3-4 weeks. I asked how much it would cost if I paid out of pocket because I didn't want to put in a second insurance claim in a short period of time. He kept saying that he wanted the insurance claim number before he would do an estimate, because it would take him at least an hour to look up the part numbers, but it would be at least $5K. This all felt very, very wrong for a small dent and paint scratch in a place that barely shows.
I found Ultimate Coachworks on Google Maps. They have many Teslas on their website, and great ratings, so I took it to them. Freddy looked at it, punched some things in a computer, and gave me an estimate in under 10 minutes. It was also good to see Porches and other high-end cars in the shop. The estimate was less than ONE-THIRD the price of the other place, and they fixed it in 3 days (not weeks). They did a perfect job, detailed the inside and out, and there were no surprises with cost or anything else.
I highly recommend Freddy and his team at Ultimate Coachworks!

Went a while back to get an estimate on my old car (Prius) and they told me that it was gonna be a minimum of 600 dollars to get my bumper replaced and thank god I didn’t go but that’s honestly kind of outrageous price wise imo for something that most places charge half of that for the same work in less time
