The India male cashier is not too smart when communicate with the customers. He asked me "what is the price for the floss picks?" All he needs to do is to scan the bar code in the back, I guess he is probably confuse at that moment.

Pay attention to your bill amount. Twice now they've over charged. Even when I raised the question they insist on it. I had my car running this time so no point in arguing about such a small amount. Either very incompetent or dishonest employees here.

Best 711 in the South Bay, was my go-to place for lunch in high school. Always very clean, well stocked with items that are hard to find in other 711's; lots of Asian snacks and drinks. Employees are nice

We tried to go in the 7eleven at 7:02 and the asian lady came outside and stopped us before we can enter through the door and was in my kids face and my own saying they could not get a free slurpee saying no no no its after 7pm, as I proceeded to continue to walk in the store with my children she continued to be in my face telling me that we could not get any free slurpees when all we were trying to do was get snacks and drinks wether we got free slurpees or not and there was already a line so it was hard to walk in the place i asked her to get out of my face and how can she tell me we couldnt get a slurpee when i have proper form of payment. It was extremely rude and un called for, for this lady to approach us getting loud pointing to her phone saying we could not get a slurpee. At first we thought they were closed. This is unacceptable and we went to the cupertini market place instead. Much better service!!

These staff are the nicest and never forget a face. Their products are always up to date and the store is clean. They always have sales and deals, unlike the other closest gas 711 whose products are never priced fair. The only downfall would be parking space during peak times. Isn't that always a 711 crisis tho? Five stars because the customer service is over the top. I love stopping by this store when I am in this part of town. The owners are sweet and friendly.

I would give this store 0 stars if I would. Super disappointed in this store. At least where I'm from, the workers have always been nice but here, the man and woman working were anything but! I came on 8/15 in order to use the BOGO Slurpee deal that 7-11 had been advertising ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. If you just search 7-11 on google during that week, the BOGO slurpee deal would of come up! It obviously wasn't a lie. Anyways, I came on that day, filled up mine and my friends slurpees and went to the cashier. They scanned the slurpees and gave us the price...for both! Confused, I asked them about the BOGO deal. Their response? "We have no idea what you're talking about." Okay, so I pulled the deal up on my phone. Opened google. Typed in 7-11. First thing that pops up? BOGO Slurpee deal! What do they say then?... "Oh we don't know what that is." Okay, did they honor it? NO! Didn't bother to make any phone call. Stared at me and my friend like we were stupid. I was so angry! Still am, you would think 7-11 would of contacted all their stores regarding this deal they were advertising! Honestly, they probably did but wanted to cheat their customers of their money and deny the offer. I'm SURE of this because I said: "Oh that's funny. I'm sure you've been getting some people coming in asking about this deal." Get ready for it...what did they say?... "Oh yes actually we have." Oh. My. God. I was LIVID. Way to be such hypocrites. If you knew about the offer say you know about it but if you don't know if it's a real offer, then contact your regional manager or store manager or corporate. If you knew about the offer but still wanted to charge your customers regular price well... It's no wonder all my students told me the workers here are so rude and mean. Never. Coming. Back. Here.

Terrible customer service experience here on Friday August 3/18 Paul serving customers at register is very inpatient unfriendly and grumpy with customers! He shouldn't be working at customer service.

If you're buying something and you're a couple cents off due to tax, the employees sometimes let you off from paying the extra cents if you don't have the money!

I feel like the employees are lazy. They're pretty nice but once they forgot to activate my Steam card that I got, which I don't know how you do. My friends have had similar problems as well. I read a review about adults not having to wait in line to get in when there's a line to get in during Monta Vista HS's lunch. If this is true then this 7 eleven can lick a chode.

Pretty typical seven eleven. Just beware of the area in front of the slurpee dispensers. The floor is a sticky mess that will cling to your shoes for several days.

What really angers me about this store is that they are very ageist when it comes to students (young people) and adults. During lunch time at my school, Monta Vista, there is always a line outside their door. The students or young people always have to wait to get in. Yet when an adult comes to the door, they are immediately let in. I feel like a second class citizen, compared to adults. I'm pretty sure this is illegal, and I absolutely know that this is wrong. The adults should wait in line just like young people.
