I needed to get vaccinated today so I called the store to schedule an appointment. After I checked in in the health department, doctor Nilu helped me out and she was so friendly and kind! Im scared of needles so i need to calm myself down, and doctor Nilu kept me company and distracted me so I can think away from the shots. If you have needle fear, go to doctor Nilu! She will help you out!

Wife is pregnant and immunocompromised as a result. CDC website says she should get boosters when they are available. CDC released a new round of vaccines for people who are immunocompromised. Yet this Rite-Aid won’t provide the vaccine. Our Ob/Gyn, the CDC, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, theSociety for Maternal Fetal Medicine, and theAmerican Society for Reproductive Medicine all say she should get boosted, but this Rite-Aid apparently thinks it knows better than all them. Beyond frustrating when we are just trying to follow our doctor’s instructions and the guidance we’ve received.CDC defines pregnancy as being immunocompromised. I don’t get why this Rite-Aid feels it can come up with its own definition on what is and is not immunocompromised. We’ll get our vaccine, but it won’t be here.

I understand that things are difficult and that people are short staffed as well as busy. But that does not mean that customers should get dismissed or lied to about when their prescriptions are able to be picked up. If you tell me that a medication I need will be ready at 3:00pm and I call to verify that only to have you tell me that you don’t have a script for it, then there’s a much bigger issue.

Mortified!! I was having a nice shopping experience and went to check out , when it can time to pay I kept trying to use the tap option and there was an issue. I realized that the bank was trying to verify my transactions so I approved it through my Bank of America app. The original cashier asked to help another person and I said it was ok and I waited until they were finished but her manager came over to help me instead because she was up there because the original cashier also needed her help with the new customer she was helping. The manager then turns to help me and the original cashier yells "I tried to use her card like 5 times and it was declined declined declined!" I was so embarrassed! I turned to her and told her that it wasn't and that I needed to approve the transaction because it looked like fraud by spending $200 in Rite aid! I was humiliated! Please have better customer service before you help the next person. None the less my transaction went through smoothly once I clicked approve on my cell phone. I won't be shopping there again.

This store had the product that needed at a less expensive price than other retailers. And the final price was actually less than the discouned advertised price.

I hae been a long time customer at this pharmacy, since their Bollinger ave. store closed a few years ago. Servce is not as good as it was at Blinger - a reflection of the manager, or how busy they are. But still better than CVS, that's why I still go there.Last Friday I went there to pick up some meds, and asked about covid booster. I was told they had them available, but since it was shortly before closing I was told to come back on Monday. I asked if i had to sign up or could just walk in. "Since you are a long time customer you can just walk in without a appt" and she gave me a form to fill out.I filled out the form and called ahead today to make sure they had the vaccine. But then talked to someone else (who knew me as a long time customer) and she said I had to sign up on their website, and that she didn't know about walk ins.On the website I got a run around bec. I could not set appt at pharmacies that supposedly had the vaccine. In the end I couldn't get the vaccine booster that I was told I could get last Friday had I gone there not so close to closing time.

The old white woman with the glasses( I seen her name on the name tag but I'll leave it out... you will know it's her though because she's always pretending to be so nice and she's really buying time cuz she has no idea what she's doing) needs to just retire... every time I come to the store she can't work the register, she can't figure out something ...it's like what have you learned...you're always here so why haven't you learned how to work in the store !? it's completely frustrating I should have learned my lesson and just gone to the other rite aid on Homestead but this one is closer to my house and every time I come her lack of knowledge to complete her job creates not only an unsettling; but sometimes a hostile environment and no I'm not making this review just because I feel singled out because I've stood in line and seen her do it too many other people of different races I've Just had enough... the manager Julie is very nice and polite. I think in the next training session she should share some of her etiquette advice with her co-workers. I'm now going to take the advice of the other reviews and spend the extra time to drive just to have a better experience (to buy the same products and to do the same things but to have a better experience ) because yes experience matters within every transaction not just about the money but your attitudes and the energies that you put out. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that they've lost I may be one of the only ones to speak about it but I feel like people need to be aware, take the time to Google search ANOTHER LOCATION

Signed up for a COVID booster. On the phone setting the appointment, they said I could get the upgraded shot and an oral flu vaccine, so as not to have two shots at the same time.At the appointment, they told me it was NOT THE NEW UPGRADE and that there was NO ORAL FLU vaccine! Took the two shots anyway, since I was already there. Also, they set the appointment at the wrong Rite Aid pharmacy! I managed to get to the right place in time since I went very early just in case. And the staff was RUDE.GO ELSEWHERE!

Christine, who works in the PharmacyA rude woman who works in the Pharmacy gave a COVID shot for me dad. 2 times, my dad had a hell lot of blood coming out after the shot and this woman is extremely unprofessional to handle it. no explain, no apologized. Just one word. This is normal. Other doc would tell you what you should do or should not do after the shot. She was extremely rush and my dad is a disability person, he can't even walk well. This woman stopped me at the door and did not allow me to walk with my dad. Shame on her! What goes around comes around !

It's nice that I am able to pick up my medication up to 9pm. But this time around, they had to order my medication, which I thought was odd. That prescription was sent in last week. They are normally on top of it, so it's super strange.

This review is for the Rite Aid Pharmacy department. I was referred to a Hispanic pharmacist with glasses, who was speaking on the phone while in the pharmacy department. Okay... that's fine. Unfortunately, the pharmacist was on her lunch break at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the Cupertino Rite Aid location. Wow, late lunch! I was asked to wait from 5:30 to 6:50. In addition, the Hispanic pharmacist said, "Please wait for 5 to 10 more minutes." Sorry... this is not okay. How long have your customers been waiting? Around One Hour and Thirty Minutes in person. I think it is time for a Rite Aid Pharmacy staffing policy change. Hire better and more staff to better assist your customers. Your customers' needs are not met.
