The five stars are for associate Parastou! She is amazing! Top-tier customer service! I've been coming to this location for about 6-8 months, and Parastou was the most helpful store associate I've encountered. She went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer and made me a life customer of this location (as long as Parastou is still there, lol). Please please highlight Parastou's fantastic work! She takes pride in her work, and it shows! Parastou, thank you for helping me today and making my day! We need more people in customer service like Parastou!

I used to love shopping at this store because it was clean, convenient and reasonably well stocked. But they seem to have shut down their self checkout counters and now there is a single really slow and long line to pay for things. One single checkout employee was working on my last 2 visits. Amazon has better pricing and since it's no longer convenient to shop at target, I might as well just do all of my shopping at Amazon. Or even Whole Foods down the street, which still has self checkout and definitely more than one manned checkout line. Sad times indeed.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. I went to the electronics section to get a pair of apple earbuds and asked the attendant working to unlock the case for me. She told me she couldn’t open it but would call someone who could. I waited for over 20 MINUTES and no one came to help me. I just left the store. Don’t even bother shopping here. Just order it online. It’s better to wait a few days for shipping than not getting it at all because a store can’t provide the means to do so.

(+) The store is clean and nice, and carries a good variety of products. The people at the service desk are helpful. Drive-up and pick-up services work correctly and efficiently. (-) There are some oddities about pricing and pricing tags. I've seen multiple times that multi packs are pricier per item than buying multiple of smaller items (e.g. kind bars value pack vs normal size, bounty napkins 400pc vs 200pc), and they have mislabeled sale price tags on the wrong items. So I have to watch out for the correct price tags and also to decide whether to get the bigger packages vs multiple of the smaller ones. (-) Bathrooms are big with no wait times, but tend to need some more cleaning in my experience.

Self checkouts by the grocery section are still closed. Line backs up for miles! Not sure if they're short staffed or what. Also, it's really cold in this part of the store.

Absolutely terrible and unfriendly customer service at return desk and a old man who seems like the manager. I asked for price match because their website says so if the items become cheaper after purchase before Christmas. The first staff lied to me in a rude way and told me i had to basically returned the items first who is impossible and isn't true according to their policy. The manager however agreed to process the price difference but was very rude and unfriendly.Really bad experience.

I just made a quick stop for grocery essentials, so I can't speak to the store culture. In-stocks we're good; I found what I came in for. Self-serv registers were down, and customer/ employee engagement was not good. Does the saying, "One bad apple," ring a bell. However, the location is convenient, and the parking was abundant.

good store but a lot of things missing… the whole shoe section, pretty messy but… all good. Fair prices and has a really nice customer service ?

This is the second location that I've had to deal with pretty poor service, so I'll just copy and paste my last review: Called about an item they said they had in stock on their website. Was on hold for 20 minutes each time. Got disconnected 3 times (even decided to switch departments in their phone system). Need I say more. Utter dumpster fire

This store is big. There's a Starbucks for a quick coffee stop. There are very few personnel available to help customers find supplies. Also, prices here are still higher than Amazon. They don't have as many supplies these days in their dollar section. Most items are more than $1.00, which defeats the purpose of shopping in that sector.

My favorite Target store. Out of all the Target stores I've been to, this store has the most selection of items, is clean, and the workers are accommodating.
