Do not use unless you have at least a month for your appliance to be repaired. My dishwasher repair so far has involved 2 visits and 2 canceled appointments over the last 3 weeks. Dishwasher still not fixed. Last appointment was canceled 1/2 (Thursday). Since then, radio silence. This is Whirlpool/Kitchenaid warranty service. So, purchase their products at your own risk and never use this company for repairs if you can avoid it.

Preston was wonderful to work with! My Maytag washer was under warranty and broke down. I called the warranty center and they connected me to Paradise. I looked them up and to be honest I was nervous due to the Yelp ratings. But since it was through the warranty service, I didn't have a choice. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! I called the warranty center at 7pm and the very next morning, Preston was on his way! I didn't think they'd reply so quickly so I wasn't even home. He was very understanding and waited for me to come home and call him back. He helped me diagnose my problem over the phone, walking me through what to test out. He ordered the parts and within a few days he was back exactly as promised and fixed our washer in no time. He was professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He even helped us with information and questions we had, even giving suggestions on how to maintain our washing machine so it stays in the best condition. I am so grateful to Preston and Paradise!

This company was scheduled by Kitchen Aid to fix our refrigerator that was leaking water. The appointment window was one week. I asked for an earlier date but could not get one. I waited patiently and on the date of the repair a representative called my number at around 7am that they will not come. I missed the call. I called them at 3pm to find out if they were still coming. They said they were not coming that the guy who had to come was not at work that day. I asked if another person was coming later that day. They said no one was available. I asked if another person was coming the next day. They said no, the next available appointment was in one week. Mind you that this situation was happing 3 days before Thanksgiving. I pleaded with them to send someone because I have waited for long (one week) and this was a festive period. They were unconcerned with my predicament. I tried to convince them on them that I have children and really needed to have the leak fixed. They still did not accept. I asked for a supervisor but they said one was not available. 24 hours one called me with the same blank excuse that no one could come in. If there is a grade less than zero I will give this company. I do not know why KitchenAid will have this company in their list of companies to refer to their customers. Will never recommend them to anybody.

Do not use this company. They do not keep to their schedules and have extremely poor customer service. THEY DON'T CARE. Had our dishwasher repaired yesterday. When re-installing, tech put a mounting bracket in backwards. That bracket scratches/damages the door when trying to close it. So we can't use dishwasher without damaging the door. I called them this morning and emailed them pictures. They said "earliest we could schedule you for is for next Tuesday." I told them this was unacceptable since we wont be able to use the dishwasher for 5 days. THEY DON'T CARE.

I have a fairly new refrigerator and the ice maker is often on the blink. Fortunately my warranty recommends Paradise Appliance to repair it. They are wonderful and come pretty quickly and repair it. They are very courteous and efficient.

Same as most of the other reviews. I went through the Maytag website to schedule an appointment. Our first appointment time was cancelled because of a call off and the tech that showed up a couple days later was awesome. He knew how bad his company price gauged and knocked off a few bucks of labor because it was a 5 minute job. When he lowered the price his manager immediately messaged him and was angry about the price change. My tech was great and highly recommended for future minor breaks to buy the part and try to fix it ourselves. Paradise doubled the price of the part and it's $149 to just have them show up. What I could have done myself for $60 turned into a $350 job with Paradise. If your issue is covered under your warranty and you have weeks to spare, then use Paradise. For us...they were a horrible waste of money and time. The tech would get 5 stars but paradise would get 0.

I have tried to schedule an appointment with this company through whirlpool and it never works. they never show up and now I have gone like 3 weeks without a fridge. no wonder this is who whirlpool uses. They do not want to have to pay for the repair clearly so they schedule with someone that wont show up.

DO NOT HIRE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE / DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!!! I only give negative reviews when a company is terrible, and the public needs to know BEFORE hand. They deserve a ZERO STAR or negative review! Kitchenaid scheduled my new refrigerator service with Paradise Appliance Service, to be done between 8am and 4pm yesterday, 10/16/24. After waiting all morning, PAS narrowed it to between 2 and 5 pm (wasted morning). I waited all day long and THEY NO-SHOWED! No call, no text, no email - nothing, and they had all my info available. Today, still no contact from them. I emailed them twice last night, and once this morning, and no response. So I called Kitchenaid back this morning. They said that PAS had an internal comment at 1:30 pm, that JV, their assigned tech, was too busy to get to all of his appointments. You would think that any DECENT company would contact their customers to let them know, and reschedule. NOT PAS (or is it POS?)! Nothing. Not yesterday, not last night, and not this morning. They just don't care about their customers. And now I've looked online, and see that they have terrible reviews everywhere - and well deserved! My advice: LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Very bad service, two technicians came to my house to check why my Maytag washer is not working properly. They only check it with their laptop, they said nothing wrong with it even after I explain to them the problem I was having. They left without any solution. I had to miss work for that. Not recommended.

We called them twice and twice they canceled within hours of when they were scheduled to arrive, (stating both times that their repair guy had called in sick). Not only did they cause us to lose wages since we had to take time off work, but they were unapologetic, and rude. I would never recommend this busy to anyone.

Customer service online is terrible when trying to make appointments. They don't carry parts on trucks. Twice they had to order parts and come back.

I feel I was significantly over charged and did not get the credit back as the person who did the appointment said. I have a very old microwave and the door would just fall. It was $69 to come out and check it, which should've been applied it fixed by them. They quoted me $88 for each spring, even though I only needed one. then they slammed me with a $377 labor fee and did not even subtract the $69. It was a KitchenAid combination microwave oven. Only the microwave needed to be fixed. I honestly would like them to re-evaluate the labor fee and return me the $69 for sure and some labor fee money too.

I'm sorry to read all the negative reviews for Paradise Appliance. My wife and I used them for the first time to look at our JennAir microwave/oven combination unit. After completing the self-cleaning process, the oven light would not turn off, even after resetting the circuit breaker. It turned out to be a malfunctioning switch behind the latch and light trip. It took approximately an hour for the repair person to access and replace the switch. I can't speak for the company in general, but my reason for submitting a 5-star review is to commend the repair person, Quang Nguyen, for his totally professional service. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, efficient in completing the repair, and took the time to explain everything he was doing as he went along. He even offered his expertise on our other kitchen appliances that we had questions about. I saved Quang's business card, and will definitely call him back when we have another appliance issue!!

I am going to be honest - I thought I would be writing a one star review but here I am, giving them 5 stars! Very long story short....I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator in 2018. After 4.5 year it stopped working. It was out of warranty so we went through our home warranty for repair. It was 7 months of back and forth with the other company unable to repair it. I wrote a letter to the BBB, got a payout from the home warranty and used that money to buy a brand new fridge. We got the same model, thinking there is no way this situation could happen again. But it did and it was only 1 year old! Paradise was the company that was assigned by Costco & Whirlpool. Of course I read the reviews and expressed my dissatisfaction; I think it is PTSD from my previous experience. There was a little hiccup with the original service appointment, but since then, they have been great with their communication and service. Most importantly, Victor repaired my refrigerator on the first try! I did buy a thermometer on Amazon to gauge the temperature and have noticed a few inconsistencies. I called and they sent Victor back out. He confirmed everything is working and explained a few things which made it make sense. I am satisfied with my experience with Paradise and really hope that this repair is long term. The biggest lesson I learned from this whole experience is to stay away from KitchenAid refrigerators! ;)
