“Recently, I was the victim of internet scam and the personal banker with the first name Joseph was the one who extended me an incredible amount of help and care. He provided the warning about being careful with wire transfers since they are unreversible. When I realized that I made an mistake with wiring funds to an unknown bank, I rushed back to the bank. Although I arrived a few minutes passed closing time, Joseph recognized me and opened up the front door and allowed me to place a report. Though the wire transfer had gone through, he directed me to call the Fraud Unit and by doing so, the funds were kept on a hold at the receiving bank. Then yesterday, Joseph called me to follow-up on my fraud situation. When I checked my accounts balance, I found that all the funds had been returned to my account. His professionalism and concern will be something that I will remember and hold onto for a very long time.”
