I was stuck in storage for about 2 hours behind the gate because no power. I guess the whole place lost power and there's no backup generator. The elevators don't work and they're not going to work. All in all this place sucks

Avoid this one.
The elevator was broken every time I tried going in the last few months and this happened last year too. I ended up carrying several loads of boxes up the stairs and will need to hire movers for the heavier furniture.
I was told there is no site manager to speak to, only a few different part time people covering for the job. The parking lot is full of covered boats and cars with boots that are taking valuable room and making it harder to walk around, not sure what that's about.
Silver lining is the person working there last time I was there was good at helping me close the account and request a month's refund due to the elevator situation. Not sure if I'll get it though.

The elevator has been out of service for many, many months which makes getting stuff in and out of lockers really difficult. All the while they raise the rent, definitely recommend going elsewhere

I got a unit here a couple weeks ago. Elevator has been out ever since with no signs of it getting fixed. Navigating down to the units is a nightmare. On top of that it seems that there is always some technological glitch in the office keeping things from working. Management looks like they can't be bothered to fix either of these issues. I won't be keeping my unit here very long

Do not rent here - the elevator is out and apparently has been for a year. I showed up with loads of heavy furniture with only a narrow staircase available to access my unit. They also refused to refund my rent for the month I had paid ahead.

~ not suitable for moving trucks ~ (I think the truck has to be under 9' to fit)
Cons: elevator was out for 3+ months, 9 months ago it was out for 2+ months, district manager gave unreasonable timelines (e.g. 'should be ready by next week', that was 6 weeks ago), front office often empty (I've seen people stuck waiting multiple times), can't accomodate moving trucks since height limit for parking lot
Pros: clean, customer service was friendly

The staff on duty her name is Elise is a very good marketing person. I was able to sign the application/contract immediately. She was very knowledgeable about her job and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She was able to find me good deals which was very timely. She was courteous and very focus on how to show me the location of my unit. I am happy and comfortable renting the unit to keep my personal belongings.
