NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! 3 people stood around talking with each other, 1 man ( probably a manager ) just looked at me as I walked in, less than 5 minutes later, turned around & walked out !!!

Unbelievable rude service!!! I came in to return an item and accidentally used a credit card didn't match the original receipt. I'm still in shock that store manager YinYin yelled at me in front of everyone because of that. Can't believe the store is managed by someone who is this unprofessional! I would like to bring this to the owner's attention, your store manager needs to be replaced or train her adequate customer service.

Customer service is not pleasant more like You see what you get attitude no extra effort to meet my type of shoe which I seek. I felt unsatisfied and unpleasant and they have no desire to seek to help any ways to offer me. I’m very disappointed cause I visited before had a pleasant visit and bought shoes in my needs which I seek.

The staff attitude is much worse than the store in MISSION.They don't come even when I call, and every time I put down the shoes I saw, they put them back on.Even though I have something to do and I have free time, I don't come when I call.

The cashier so rude. I would like to exchange my shoes that I bought online then the cashier said "We don't sell this" he said with high tone and very rude. He didn't even explain it what's that mean. Saturday, around 3:30 PM

Be careful with this location they sell used shoes. If it wasn’t because I notice that the pair of shoes I picked was worn I would have buy them. They where pretty dirty work shoes. Customer service was not good about this situation
