I recently called my local State Farm office and spoke to Lisa Bedgood to review my policy coverages. She is friendly as well as knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions so that I could make adjustments in my coverage. she is excellent at follow up, a trait very important to me.

I recently completed an online quote from State Farm and sent the quote to Nathan's office for further processing. Kyle called me later that day and we discussed my needs and options. During our call I decided to get quotes for my homes/umbrella as well. Since that first quote, I moved all my insurance to State Farm.Kyle provides excellent customer service, is extremely well-versed in all aspects of insurance and is a pleasure to work with. State Farm has the best coverage for all my insurance needs. It's only been a month, but I hope this is the beginning of a long-lasting relationship.

Nathan and his team were fantastic in setting my family up with a life insurance policy. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond what is expected. This is the absolute difference maker in comparing agents/companies. I shopped around with multiple companies and brokers. Nathan was a true advocate for us getting the best rate and took the time to show numerous options and explain trade offs. His communication in person, over email, and over phone are top notch.Reach out to Nathan and you will feel the level of satisfaction that I have, which inspired me to write this review (which I rarely write). Nathan did not request this nor mention Yelp in any of our conversations.

Consistent excellent service, from claims to administrative assistance. Most recently, Mia Munoz-Funderburk spent multiple days to help on an administrative issue. It’s the excellent service I’ve come to expect from this agency!!

Everyone from this office has always been super helpful and timely in assisting me with my requests. Brandon has careful attention to detail and has helped me not once, but multiple times with sorting out any bills issues (which were always on my end). 10/10 would recommend.
