My wife went to this store to do some shopping. Upon entry she was accosted by a store employee who assertively told her that she needed to leave her purse behind the counter with the employee or she would not be allowed to shop there. She was not comfortable leaving her purse with a stranger, so she left. Accosting a woman for simply carrying a purse, while also insinuating that she probably is a shoplifter is really weird and offensive. If you enjoy being insulted and maligned by a crazed Karen who apparently thinks middle-aged women go to thrift stores to steal things - this is the place for you. Otherwise shop elsewhere and donate to some other charity that won't insult and abuse you when you try to support their cause.

Honestly a bit sad on this one. Grew up in Davis and went to this shop all through childhood. Went in today on lunch break and they asked to keep my bag behind the counter. Of course it is no problem with me if that is store policy. I apologized and ran my bag over to the counter. As I shopped I begun to notice that everyone else was allowed to keep their bag with them. And worse, when I got up to the register, I saw that my bag was the only one sitting behind the counter. I asked if it was a bag size policy and they said yes, but many others around the store had bags comprarable to my own. I left feeling pretty embarassed that I had been called out to in front of everyone for my bag, but the policy had not been enforced for anyone else. The undertones of the situation made me feel pretty sad. I will not be going back.

Good place to go hunting for treasures. Try the place next door for their items that took a while to sell.

I carefully select who I choose to donate to and I appreciate the fact that they support those in the community struggling with mental health, even giving them work. When I walked in to the thrift store, there was a gentlemen that was busy, so I explained that I had several sacks of very nice things and I volunteered to bring them in and take them to where the donation table was in the back. It was easy. I will think of them again in the future when I have more things I am getting rid of.

I am a frequent shopper at R&R and I would give this place more stars if I could. It is the cleanest consignment store I have ever been in and most of the clothes are in premium condition. They have several racks for luxury brands along with really fun and unique household items. I once saw a muppets style marionette for sale there. I find my best and most unique pieces here and I always get a lot of compliments. The staff is so lovely and is always ready to help. 10/10 experience always!

You take the good with the bad. One day this gal came in screaming at people with slipping masks, It was awful. The prices are amazing, you can find almost anything. Highly recommended!

My impression of this store/organization has gone downhill over the past few years. While the mission is good and many disadvantaged/disabled folks/agencies benefit from it's philanthropy:The daily operation of the store has deteriorated .The management is often short/rude with customers and they continue to keep it's restrooms closed .This is a disservice to customers and should be rectified. Washing hands and surfaces at this stage of things is an easy task and everyone does it. .It's time Right and Relevant stepped up, assigned someone to wipe the bathroom surfaces periodically, and opened the restrooms to shoppers.

Super cute boutique style thrift store. I like their pricing model. The price starts out at one amount, and then is discounted depending on the date if the item has not sold. Things are prices well and very well organized. They have everything from clothes to books to housewares. It's fun to visit and see what's new!

Always great finds here, well-organized, clean, and generously sized fitting rooms. Pricing structure lowers prices over several days so inventory revolves. Friendly staff too!

I've donated here twice and both times have been quite smooth. They also have a tax receipt that is easy to fill out for that. As for the store itself, there's quite a limited selection, so it's hit or miss if you're looking for something specific. It's a nice quite vibe, so browsing is really relaxing. Their prices are definitely mid range, but for certain items I can understand. I definitely want to come back and poke around more often!

My experience over the years has been positive. Well lighted, clean and pleasant staff, it feels like a treasure hunt. My weakness is the wall of books. I encourage you to check it out.

This has been my favorite thrift store since high school and I've only had great experiences here. All the clothes I've bought from here have lasted many years, and I actually appreciate the more timeless pieces that you won't get bored of, after a trend has run it's course. On Wednesdays, they have a student discount and their changing rooms are very spacious and welcoming! Hope you get to check it out sometime :)
