Call Baskin Robbins late night Wednesday to see if they were still able to do a unicorn cake for my daughter‘s third birthday and they made it happen. The service here last night was amazing! They employees were super friendly and welcoming! My girlfriend and I got a couple of scoops and they were generous with the portion size which was awesome! The inside of the place was super clean too!

It's pure luck if you arrive at the Davis location and they haven't locked the doors before closing time. If you really want ice cream, drive to another Baskin Robbins location.

I placed an order for a birthday cake at this place. Typically, I don't include ice cream for birthdays, but this time, I thought I'd try it. It turned out to be delicious and of high quality. What made the experience even better was the friendly and helpful staff. Although I initially opted for a cake without sprinkles, following a staff suggestion to add something similar made the cake outstanding and beautiful. Thanks to her!

My experience at Baskin Robbins in davis was excellent. I had a nice lady named Lydia who helped me and was patient with me when I was indecisive and was asking for samples! She gave excellent service so thanks to her!!! (Also I got the Apple cider donut flavor)

We ordered an Oreo ice-cream cake for my daughter's 9th birthday this month. The decorator totally exceeded our expectations with the details! It tasted as great as it looked! All I can say is thank you for making her day special! Don't hesitate to order your yummy ice-cream cakes here!

Pretty bad service here. We got lemon sorbet which was very bitter. They refused to replace it without me just buying another one. The other flavors we got we as expected, very tasty.

Came here to celebrate international Mother's Day and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everyone that came in. Very clean as well. We decided to sit inside and all eat our ice cream. Definitely a lot more airy than the last time I was at a baskin robins. The only reason I gave it a three star is because the music was taylor swift non stop for the whole 20 min we were inside. Can only listen to the same person so many times

We stopped by on a Monday night (9/26/22) and we had a large group with about 12 people. Emily and Harrison took great care of us . We had small children , teens and older adults in our group and they catered to all of us. The shop was sparkling clean for and evening visit, it was impeccable in my opinion. Overall their friendly service and smiles made our visit delightful! Thank you both for making our family’s birthday ? celebration memorable with your efficient and top notch service !
